    Granted.

     

    I received my FBI clearance early Nov 2016 but of my Husband was never delivered. FBI said, both were send at the same date. Called FBI and answer was to wait for a month. AFter a month, asked FBI to send another copy to a address in USA (just to cut the delivery time), which was received yesterday. Scanned copy uploaded today on immi account and attached to case officer's email as well.

     

    In between, received a couple of e-mails directly from case officer asking update on requested documents. Called and talked with case officer directly and e-mailed them the status update as well.

     

    Visa granted after few hours of documents upload from WA PSE.

     

    Time Line:

    RCB applied: Jan 22, 2016 Aproved: Last of Jan 2016 Nomination and Visa: Jan 27, 2016

    Declaration for Visa Payment requested by NSW PSE: March 23, 2016

    FBI Clearance Requested by Team 6, WA PESE: Sept 07, 2016

    FBI Clearance uploaded Dec 07, 2016

    VISA Granted Dec 07, 2016Family of 4, HR, Occupation: RN

    Hello everyone

     

    I am so happy to share my visa grant status with everyone..i dont have any idea how long i had to wait to write this post about golden email from immi..almost one year of wait and finally patience paid off..

    i really appreciate the encouragement from all the members..trust me it helped alot throughout whole processing time..i thank everyone from core of my heart..struggle of 7 and half years came to end..

    dont have any words to express my happinesss..thanks again n gud luck to everyone waiting in queue..

    My employer upload the doc. around 6th Nov.

    Visa and Nomination approved at 24th Nov. 13:41pm

    Hi everyone. I have been a silence member of this forum for several months. It is time to write a post for the first time. This forum helped me a lot while I am waiting.

     

    I checked my immi account today afternoon. My application was finalized on 22nd of Nov. I couldn't believe what I just saw. Called to MA and he said my application has been granted. :D He said he ask to assistant to send the grant email to me. I haven't received any email yet. However, I checked the account again. Yes Yes my application has been granted.

     

    Here is my timeline

    RCB approved : 31 July 2015

    Nomination lodged : 28 July 2015

    Nomination approved : 19 Feb 2016

    Doc requested : 27 Sep 2016 (declaration form)

    Visa lodged : 8 March 2016

    Visa approved : 22 Nov 2016

     

    4people applicant

    Occupation : Graphic designer

    NSW pese

     

    I have an experience about refusal of nomination 19 Dec 2014. It was very hard to cope with the situation. That's why I applied nomi and visa separately. It took double time processing.

     

    RSMS is my best christmas present ever!!

    Got the golden call from my ever cooperative and helpful MA that the PR has been granted followed by her mail. Am so happy and relieved. Its been a long long wait.     Woooohooooo guys I have received golden email today. My PR HAS BEEN GRANTED TODAY.

    Nomination and visa - 15 December 2015

    docs requested- 11 October 2016 ( don't know what they asked for nomination docs, for visa they asked for clear copy of Ielts)

    docs submitted- 04 November 2016

    PR granted today- 15 November 2016

     

    i just still can't believe that my PR has been granted,checking my immi account again and again to make sure that this news is true. Getttting crazzzzzy guys. Thaaaaannnnnnkkkkk yyoooooouuuuu alllllll of my forum friend for your support. Rights now going to my afternoon shift, forgive me if I couldn't reply today. Even I am not feeling to going but it is roaster shift will have to do.

    No documents requested...

    P.S. It is very common for the department to request further info and It is not a big problem. And I suggest to everyone those waiting for more then 6 months please call immigration and ask for updates. I did 3 times in last 2 months that's why little quicker finalised.. Best of Luck and don't lose hope.
