I said 2 work colleagues got just nomination approval in three working days as they applied (Nomi+Visa) mid august . They are not member of this forum . Apology if you find complex wording ☺

Yes i have checked the work entitlement and discuss briefly with MA under the guidance of our group GM . The summary of our discussion is I'll be legally allowed now to work full time after approval of nomination . If still you have something that make this case different I'll be glad to hear from you . I'm very please to inform here that my Nomination for Subclass 187 Visa Application has been approved just a minute ago . Received an email from MA with notice that I'll be working full time from next week . Feeling lucky getting approval after 158 days. Most of us hate to wait. We don't like being placed on hold, or getting stuck for months . If we believe patience is a virtue and a positive attribute, suffering through a wait has an upside . Definitely we will be accommodate with larger prize after a long wait . Hope will alive till my Grant ✌

Maybe i could be wrong but as per my opinion 187 processing/visa grants are low as compared to other RSMS visas. Though 187 takes priority over other processing timelines . Wish it would finish july this week and they start August ? Sent from my GT-I9506 using Tapatalk

Edison33 you are right plus most of DIBP employees take annual 3-4 weeks in december & January. The processing will be back to normal routine from Monday as everyone will be back to work . Best wishes for those who are waiting since long :-)

When i lodge my application our MA explain how this process will work (6 months ) . Definitely the whole system went slow during holidays season as DIBP have less staff during past 6-8 weeks . My full time classes are starting from monday with part/time Job . It will be more harder then past few days but i don't have other choice except to WAIT :-D Sent from my GT-I9506 using Tapatalk

Had a long discussion with MA today & our conclusion is wait best option Lol . As per MA there were many changes in DIBP system in december'15 and as usual most of the employee's are on holidays after X'mas & new year . They will be back from 1st week of feb as schooling schedule from same day . I'm over 170 days since i lodge application without any updates .
