Thanks a lot for your response,certainly feel a lot relieved after your replies. The following is the update from my agentlast week: Just letting you know that the police clearances have been attached to your file and I have been advised you do not have a case officer assigned to you yet (no advice on when). I have requested they also extend the medicals but I am not sure if they will. If they don't then you will need a new HAPid to book them and I have requested those also.

Thanks so much for your response sonicblue82, this means a lot for me. this means i dont have to wait too long for the visa right? thanks once again, you must have gone through the same pain which iam going through now, iam just dying to get out from this stress from the past 12 months.

But i have heard that usually mrt remitted cases will have a case officer quickly in 2-3 weeks?

Visa Medicals and Pcc expired 2 months ago. My question is how long wiill it take ta get a case officer and how long it may take to get my visa? any help or advise is very much appreciated.
