Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the calculation of residence requirement. Are the days when one departs and returns in Australia counted towards the fulfillment of residence requirement? I called up DIBP but the officer was not able to provide a straight answer. Regards, John

Hi, does the child need to be onshore at time of application and/or approval? My wife is overseas and he would like to visit her when the application process is ongoing.
