Hi friends i have lodged my nomination on Dec 2015 and visa on jan 2016 Nomination approved on November 2016, required doc PCC and medical has been submitted on first week on December 2016 still waiting for the results its been almost 7 weeks i m getting frustrated pls if some one kkow let me know is it normal time for waiting after submitting the required documents? Pls guys if anyone have any idea advice me. Thankyou all for your posts it such a helpful for many people.

Hi friends i have lodge my off shore 187 application on last January 2016, the nomination has been approved and my CO has asked to provide the medical but we have a problem that during my application time my wife has being a prangnant we have have done all the medicals with the x ray as well, my worry is what will be the decision from CO because my wife is a prangnant now? Will it make any changes in the decision guys pls advice me if you have any idea about this situation. ...

Hi friends, i have a complicated situation in my 187 RSMS visa, I have lodge my( offshore) file on last January 2016 and my wife is being prangnant after that, my file is open and My CO has asked me to provide the medical for both of us, we still have enough time to due date, but what will happen ones the CO has come to know that my wife is being pregnant after we have lodge the file? And one more thing i have spoke to the medical doctor for the xray test and he said it is possible to do the xray test while in pragnancy it won't harm to the baby and it is absolutely safe. Should we go through? And will it be a valid Xray for the immigration purpose? If anyone of you have a proper idea or had faced the same situation pls advice me. Thanks... Vinnu.

Hi, I have Lodge Nomination on 7 December 2015 and visa Lodge on 7 Jan 2016 the file has not been picked up yet , is any have any idea how long they will still take to open it, as I have Lodge offshore file.
