I don't think is this possible . May be he applied for RCB , nomination and visa the same day. May be the approval that he received was for RCB , he nominated from state ( that is why so quick) not from federal, if they didn't open July files yet, they can't jump to August !!!

Don't feel like that. We are in same ship . I've lodge January and I'm still waiting. Is different progress for each person. So be patient. Sometimes nomination is get approval both with visa. Have also in your mind that you have measure 6 months from visa lodged!

That I have to tell you my friends who are just join here don't try take information from others timeline and compare to yours . The approval is different from person to person for example I'm waiting from January , without problems but other people from April they approved already. Is not a plan how the approve. But here you can take helpful INFOS for when about is going to be allocate a visa or how to solve problems even ma wrongs or or or but not please compare and say " ah he took he's visa which apply at April so me at May I'm close " you will be sad after.

Please, Can you copy and paste here what is telling you at health area in your account , cause with the changes that they did from 1/1/15 they keep say app received until bupa provide health. The processing can't not continue until that. When health provided you will see assessment in progress . In health area you must read that: Health requirement – health clearance provided – no action required All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.

I just saw in previous message for the request complete button. This forum is very helpful for everyone. Because of that and because that from 4th of August that my ma uploaded the docs I was continually saw additional info requested I logged in my account and found out that he didn't press the button and I did before 3 min. The time for the request expired at 18/8/15. So be careful always and don't relax that ma will do everything cause they don't!!!

Does anyone know how many days after additional docs submit you will receive answer? Is the 28 days real of imagination?
