if your papers really follow the check list , all paper ready i can tell you, your pr will approve without u even realize thats how i feel. wish u get approve very soon and everyone else the same. also if nomination and visa apply on the same day both will get approve together..

Hi guys i think this is gonna cheer everyone up i wish all in formations will help in some ways all docs follow check list hand over to my MA team 6 WA nomination 09/jun/2015 baker/ offshore / HR country visa 09/jun/2015 medical 15/july/2015 i get it done early before co ask 26/10/2015 nomination approved and visa got co as well , due to my MA's not pay attention the DOCS i handed over to them earlier, they missed out the AFP which all attached co requested AFP , with all the fact if co got AFP today i should get my PR today. but i dont blame my MA, also AFP cannot upload from the web for co. so instead post the hard copy out today. hopefully there will be a good outcome within this week or soon. during the waiting period, i didn't bother my MA or IMMI department just go through day by day painfully. i wish everyone will have final result with positive outcome finger cross

this is my timeline RCB Lodged ----------- 8 april *** RCB Approval ---------- 22 Apr Nomination Lodged --- 9 Jun *** Nomination Approval -- Waiting Visa Lodged ------- 9 Jul *** Visa Approval ---------- Waiting i organize everything when i was in SA Australia, due to my 885 visa issues have to applie offshore then come back again. really need some luck this time

hi mate rcb take nearly 1 month but was quick 05/04/2015 applied approve by end of May applied nomi and visa on 09/06/2015 with all docs no news til now..

hopefully we all get approval soon... nice to meet you here mate:laugh:

things that i was concern visa 885 refused no competent English- went MRT outcome no change-went to minister got refuse again- on bve visa return home country got told received 3 years exclusion ( within 3 years no come back, but can apply certain PR VISA) now i've got competent English and all requirement that new PR VISA needed, are there any issues when i apply 187 visa? like immi will check up previous visa refuse reason and conditions impact my current application?
