Mine took exact 5 months

According to my MA he said everything is fine with my visa documents ..they are just sorting and double checking the nomintaion documents before submitting...this happened yestetfay This morning just texted employer to confirm whether they submitted or not ..from their side also they sent itseems... Hoepfully he will submit today eve or tomorrow...will call him tomorrow and ask about the submissions

I dont think he mailed immi as you hear in 5 working days from immi .if they receive any mails

Do u have a MA ? Or you did it by yourself. If the case officer opens the file the status will change to information requested if he need any...nomination part you cant see only the MA can .so keep in touch with your MA

My MA said that and i saw it online and got email notification also

Hopefully you will hear this week something as i applied nom on feb 20 and visa on 27th both files opened for me ...dont worry you are next

But ask them did they already submitted or not otherwise CO asks for it again need to wait till decision made

Hello My employer said he bought the bussiness jan 2014 so he said he can provide P & L for 6 months last financial year When i asked is it enough.he said they havent lodged this year financial statement yet ..so they wnt to give explanation to case officier about it ......will it effect my nomination if they dont provide one year statements???

Hell9 navi I am not sure about before ..but they said case offcier asked for profit and loss .but according to what they are saying i can understand that they didnt provide it before ...they are submitting last years only

Hello Case officier got allocated yesterday for my nomination and asked for additional documents from employer. Feb 20th nomination applied . How long it can take for decission after submission of documents. And application lodged on feb 27th Thanks

Hmmm My date is not updated athens And also i got this mail as a reply for what i mailed them .so they sent a copy to my MA too. Hes not following it but says it will open soon.wait

Mailed him this morning .he also got that reply from nsw . He just asked me to.wait ..may be what i am.guessing from that team they will start picking files and give to different officiers

Still says assessment in progress ..
