Hi everyone, just got the most awaited email from MA . Got PR granted today at 10.12 am. Have been through all the ups and downs with my family. almost a decade have passed of my life. Journey was started in 2008 came with my husband and my son in my arms who now reached my shoulder. Took so long 7yrs and 7 months. Thankyou sooo much for all the support I have received from each and every person of this forum thankyou for the encouraging word and a word of comfort whenever I was in need. I will always pray for such good people who always support each other in this forum. Never thought I will see a platform like this where the people are so selfless give good advice and are so happy for others success. Thankyou soo much from me and my husband and my 2 kids. May all be blessed with this happy moment which I have received just now. I couldn't thankyou all enough.

I think they are now finishing September soon , only those who have been asked for additional documents will need to wait little more.

I am applying through the Direct Entry route. I have attached pay slips from my current employer but two of my old employers did not issue me pay slips. Will the DIBP ask for them as well??

No they don't ask. Just reference letters will be enough. Only current employment details required ...

Its desion ready file. But still no news.

Are they still having decision ready files. I think decision ready applications are finished couple of years ago. Now no application is decision ready

We need at least 4-5 case approved today

Just an update on my incorrectly lodged stream nomination, it looks like its not possible to change streams once you have applied. I will need withdraw and lodge a new nomination. The person at immi did suggest the CO may review my request but wasn't hopeful.

 

Back to square one - literally beginning the wait again.

 

As I really cant wait to another 12 months,I am going to lodge the nomination and visa at the same time. Whats the % rate of nominations being refused? I was trying to be cautious before as I didn't want there to be any issues.

Really this is very bad situation. I think nomination refusal is very rare , there is quite good chances if you are using MA that nomination is approved because of their experience they can figure out as if nomination will be approved or not .

I will ask my MA to call tomorrow or Wed. Since my 28 days was Saturday so I think DIBP need 1-2 workings day to processed.

I think you will receive email from your MA , or Case officer in case you have applied yourself and not using MA. As nomination is separate application and therefore it will not be shown in immi account

@Sheila yes you might have a CO.

As now we have couple of cases approved in October so chances are the people in second half of September are now under process. As it is again Ester time so there might be some delay but I think next 2 weeks are important for us.

Monday and Tuesdays are always having more grants than any other week day

So hopefully we get some good news for some of our fellow members
