Nothing @dara11 it would be 3-4 weeks more time as we are in the area where there were max applicants so the average time for approval is around 200 days therefore I guess just chill for month of April.

Who cares? I don't care, I just hope everyone got their PR as soon as possible. That's the only reason I am still here after my PR granted.

Nothing to stress bennyluk, it should definitely not impact on the processing of applications as they can put this information on website what they are processing now. Checking junk email is not a big deal and they can also create a separate email for case officers and separate email for letting applicants know about there processing speed. So Immigration is running affair like this because they want to be run like this. it is not a secret that this PR process is tiring and stressful.

I appreciate you being here even after your own PR granted that is highly appreciated and regarded in whole forum. it shows your uprightness and selflessness. Good on you, Keep it up.

The second aspect that a lot of people were applying during Ist half of 2013 as changes were expected in July 2013 therefore due to easy conditions a lot of people got 457 during that period of time give a more realistic and better explanation of delay.

Is there any reason you are so late, like delay police clearance from your home country ? OR any other reason. Did they asked for additional documents ?

I'm about to get in one of those I think... Nomination lodged back in May '15, approved in October, Visa lodged in early November, still no news about it, not even processing it ("Application received").

 

Didn't want to risk my Application before knowing the outcome of the Nomination but never thought it would take another 6 months for it... :wacko:

no updates yet about nomination 28+7 Days i guesss should be by next weeek hopefully

28+7 means , it should be within 28 days but could be 7 days late in exceptional cases.

Couple of Questions

 

- How long does it take to decide once they requested for more documents

- Do i have to wait another 6 months from the time i have applied for Visa ? (02/03/2016)

28+7 days for CO to respond after submitting additional documents.

- As you have case officer and you file has been looked upon already therefore you will get your decision soon.

- Standard time after visa is 6 months

- Any news about your nomination ?

They only asked my police cert and medical check , does it means my application is positive to be granted?

it could be earlier but maximum is 35 (28 days + 7 days ) days that is standard.

Yes it sounds that they will finalize your application when additional documents are added onto your file therefore I am positive that you will be FINE

certainly some people left without letting us know that they got the golden ticket. some others got rejected then they never came back. just like if someone gets rejected they are very upset so that they dont come here on the forum. but i dont think there are many rejects

 

immi messed up with timeline this time. a lot of august file not been finalised but they concentrating october files. so u cant really guess whats going on

Guys i just noticed that my salary is 4$ short from the yearly income it should have been 63000 before i got oayrise in nov last year. I got paid 62996$ any suggestions please.

How do you know that 63000 is minimum salary for 457 ? what is source of this information

Hi all, just a quick hello...been waiting since October 15 and not a lot to show for it...Just getting a bit frustrated with the process and finding it difficult to focus and hoping for some positive news soon...I bet I am not the only one, can see quite a few from way back still not across the line.
