hi everyone congratulations who got their visa... my time line is Rcb - 21/05/15 approved - 20/08/15 Nomination - 25/06/2015 - approved - 24/12/2015 visa applied - 25/11/2015. approval - Waiting...... as per current scenario I might hear from immi at the end of June so If you guys can suggest, usually what documents CO asks for visa approval, apart from Ielts, Medical, Police clearance. also do they ask any documents from my employer ? cheers... all the best

My nomination has been approved today 24/12/15 nomination lodges on 25/06/15 additional docs asked on 18/11/15 Asked docs submitted on 15/12/15 occupation - Architectiral Draftsperson - WA Visa lodged on 24 November so have to wait All the best to all

As per my understanding company have to have enough turnover to support all employee + company expenses + profit and number of sponsored positions are depends on company structure if company have less or no local employee than sponsored than CO could ask many questions

current scenario and generally speaking, around 4-5 months from the date of application. if your nomination and visa was lodged together then soon.

I think ur case is clear now, so nothing to worry about...

It Seems they working just couple days in a week, most of people here got approval or CO just mid of every week so... now more news ll be next week.

I have applied my nomination on 25 June and yesterday CO asked for following documents regarding to business Need for Paid Position Start up or newly formed business ( lease agreement, evidence of registration with industry, work contracts, advertisement or promotional information) detailed position description Business premises photographs So just wondering is this normal to ask
