I think you should contact the department by telephone as I read somewhere that you could contact them if you felt the process was taking longer than it should and you should have had some input from them by now!!

I spoke to my agent yesterday and they said its to early to contact them yet !!!!!!!

Ive still not heard a thing !!

I did get an email saying it was taking 28 days plus to respond to emails..

 

IELTS passed 5.8.15 ANMAC submitted 12.8.15 AHPRA submitted 12.8.15 Skills assessment ANMAC completed 14.9.15 EOI submitted for 190 visa 21.9.15 State Sponsorship WA granted 30.9.15 Invite to apply for 190 visa 10.10.15 Visa Application submitted 14.10.15 all docs front loaded....PCC and medicals completed and online by 13.11.15 awaiting decision!

with the Adelaide office and have not received a email saying they are behind !!!!!!

So frustrating really seeing that November applications have been looked at and granted and knowing ours are just sat there (potentially needing additional info) i know there are processes and procedures just wish we knew what they were

I know how you feel we lodged September through an agent no additional info needed and still no visa !!!!!

as you say...good to know. Where did you find the contact details?

Well at least you won't have to check your emails every day, you were lucky as they really don't like us phoning them asking where our our visas are, the number is a helpline for people who have received their visa. I know it's a pain but we just have to wait.(visa lodged 9/9/15.

Does anyone know if visas are granted over the weekends or is it a Monday-Friday thing? (part wishful thinking, part to stop myself checking emails every 2 mins)

Well heard nothing again today!!!!!!!!! Hope I hear something by Monday so I can have a double celebration as its my birthday, all enjoy your weekend x

What gets me is we went through an agent so all medicals, police checks form 80 filled out and still nowhere forward, and people from October and Nov are getting theirs, but there are still people from August who haven't received theirs yet !!!!!!!

That seems like a really longggg time!

Oh no I shouldn't do this but looked at the October applications and some have a direct grant already and most have a case officer and the November applicants are receiving a co, ,,i really don't know how it works ??????????

I am slowly driving myself mad with the constant checking of emails and immi account waiting for the some contact or even a golden ticket!! I haven't applied for a 189 but a 190 and I'm sure the process is the same once the visa application is submitted which it was on the 14th October!

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop driving myself and family round the bend?

Hi guys we applied for 189 visa through an agent so all documents medicals police checks and form 80 filled out 9th September, co contacted us 2nd October for proof of our relationship sent same day, have not heard anything since and now it's the 25th November, I sure don't know how the system works !!!!!!!

As I said I don't bother with the spread sheet, we are told 75 % are dealt with within the 3 months so we just have to wait x

Yeah..cannot sleep anymore....waiting waiting and more waiting...

Aww don't sweat about it, our agent said it can take up to 3 months, then start panicking, some people who applied I'm August still haven't got theirs yet x

The doctors that we used for the medicals are taking ages to upload them!! Day 10 today so called them, they said all the tests have come back and everything is fine they just need to get a doctor to sign it off. It should be done by the end of the week!!! Really not happy!! X

Omg that's shocking! We had our meds on the weds and they were downloaded by Friday, I would deffo be complaining, as you paid enough for them, I'm fuming for you too xx

I got contacted last month & finished uploading docs on 09/11/2015 - So playing the waiting game, I'll be happy to get it before Christmas, so fingers crossed that all is good

I'd be very happy before Christmas too, hoping to head out 17/01/16 to Perth x

CO contacted me on 27 Oct 2015 and i submitted requested docs on 29 Oct..

no news after that. i think i need to call them.

I believe they don't like us calling, but if you do let us know how you get on x
