Hello All, I finally got my Visa approved today. Applied on 18th Dec, additional documents asked on 28th April and today got my grant. All the best to all who are in the process. I have been following this forum since June 2014 and it has provided me strength and the energy to remain calm and patient.

All i know is that it should be for a full time employment ... not part time.

Are you referring to a Job contract?

Looks like no progress has been made this week... My 28 days are up but no response... Will have to wait longer.

Hi Nicolo, the request was sent to my MA who asked for the docs from my company, salary slips, work contracts etc. The nomination and visa was applied together so not sure what else is requested for.

I think so too... Applied 18th Dec ... Additional info requested 28th April... submitted already now in the next 2-4 weeks will be in the 28 days zone... Hope it works out. This wait is very stressful indeed.

Hi Did you continue with Bupa with private health care or they refunded the essentials visa cover automatically.

Hello all I have been watching this forum for over a year and could not help but share my own experience. I applied onshore for 187 rsms lastyear in december and it was only yesterday that the status was updated to additional documents requested. I applied 18 dec and 28 April is when the file was was looked at. I did apply through MA hence I had to create a login on immi website to track the application using my TRN number. The wait is tough and hopefully positive results come through in the next 4 to 8 weeks.
