My MA has sent an email to case officer, mentioned about the immi system problem following his proof and sent all the adds again. The case officer replied that she has forwarded to her manager for consideration. No news yet. So worried and disappointed

Hi ajijikichul, my case offer asked for additional information for nomination on 18th March and then for visa on 25th March. The last updated was 30 th April.

Hi Deepgill, Thanks for your reply. We haven't recieved like your email but we have got aknnowledment which is like an automatic reply from immigration which I hope they accept as proof. It shows the date and time and TRN. Thanks

thanks for your reply. As my MA said , he emailed all documents to the immigration and put TRN on the subject. I am wondering how this mess happend? Or maybe the case officer was looking for uploading the document not recieving email. In that case why she didn't respond and ask MA to upload them ?

Hi everyone, After 6 months waiting I have heared the bad news. My nomination is refused due to not sufficent information . The additional documents request on 18 th March and all submitted to case officer on 27th March by MA. Apparently the case officer hasn't received them and when MA called her to check the progress she mentioned that. Again on 16th April before ending 28 days MA submitted to the case officer but she didn't receive them again. Now my MA is invited for comment on refusal and he has got both acknowledgments from immi, hope they accept otherwise my file will be cancelled. Please pray for me, I am so worried

Hi Jackha92, I hope it comes soon. you will have 3 weeks more to finish your 6 months time processing so they have enough time for making decision. I know it is hard but we have to wait. Please update your situation when you hear something.
