Hi everyone, Did anyone from this forum receive a 190 visa? It seems that it is impossible to get it....I have applied on the 22nd of February, acknowledgment on the 6rd of March + 8 weeks of processing time. Now it is almost 5 weeks, 3 more to wait. Please share your experience. My category is finance manager and I do have friends there. Dmitri

Hello, Please share your experience about calculation of the processing time. In the acknowledgment it is said that the processing time is 8 weeks. Does it mean that I should count from the day of an acknowledgment or the day I sent my application? Best wishes

If you applied on the 21st March, so most probably you receive an acknowledgment tomorrow.

Yes, it took me two weeks to receive an acknowledgement. In acknowledgement it is said that processing time is 8 weeks. 4 weeks more to wait for the final decision

It took me 2 weeks to receive an acknowledgement from NT. In the acknowledgement it is said that the processing time is 8 weeks... 4 weeks are gone now...4 more weeks to wait!

Hi, We also lodged a state nomination for NT three weeks ago...We received an acknowledgement that the processing time is 8 weeks. Is it really so long? How long did it take in your case to receive a feedback? Was it positive?

And be careful this time, as our friends got full denial aftr second rejection with the same reason. Now they can not re apply anymore. Show more research about prices, definitely show your correspondence with possible employers, and provide contacts of people living in darwin as your friends.

Thank you for sharing this experience with us, your story is very inspiring! We are trying now for more than a year to get 190 visa. So many obstacles had to be overcome, sometimes bringing us to a point of desperation. Right now we are about to submit our nomination papers to NT, keeping our fingers crossed, as we see that a lot of people are getting a deny. But we will keep on fighting for our dream, like you did.
