After only discovering this situation whereby UK Diploma nurses are being refused registration in Oz, I am now in full panic mode!! I have been qualified for 7 years and obtained a working holiday visa in March and booked flights for September. I am awaiting the outcome from AHPRA after submitting my application about 4 weeks ago completely clueless to all of this and the timescales. Subsequently, I have changed my flight until next year and hope I can undertake CPD modules to top up my diploma to degree. Does anyone know if this will be acceptable to AHPRA for registration?
