Anybody new got CO allocation or grant within the last part august?..

Isn't it possible to check whether medical results have been uploaded via immigration's emedical client?

My medical was submitted in 3 days and they confirmed that by sms from the clinic..

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to add to the similar experience with farah.. Me too has been allocated a case officer a week back and was asked to complete the Health Check. The health check has been cleared for 5 days. Regarding external checks, I thought the team 13 took care of it and then only the case officer was allocated the file!! Any other people in the same situation?

I can allot myself to this waiting group now..

Did you frontload the med and PCC or assigned a CO first and then asked by he/she to upload those documents? Usually after you pay the application fee and through Immi account you can obtain the form 80 and medical forms. It's generally available for all applicants.

Hi ishfaq, Did you submit form 80?.. Also, can someone confirm that when the CO asks for only health evidence, does it mean the application has cleared all the security checks?

Just wanted to update everyone regarding the progress of my application.. Today I got the letter from CO asking to complete the Health Check. This is the only contact I received since team 13 asked for some info almost 2 months ago related to my form 80. Can anyone confirm whether this means the application has cleared all the security checks (external or internal)? I still see a lot of people who applied offshore waiting due to external security checks. Thanks in advance!!

Hi Everyone, As it's been more than 3 months since I have submitted my application for GSM 189, today I called the immigration hotline to get some update. I have been informed that my case has been allocated to GSM Team 23 and it's under routine check /processing. I didn't get any email from Team 23 regarding the allocation. Moreover the representative over the phone also confirmed receiving the additional information which was requested by Team 13 at the end of June. Any other people in the same situation? I know and that makes the whole waiting process even worst.. You may have noticed they mention that they try to process 75 percent of the applications within three months.. Tricky part is nobody except for Immi servers know which 75 percent you are in!.. I know we all are predicting and connecting a lot of dots here to make sense of our application situation. Interestingly they only changed 189 processing time since this year's March .. Before that case officer allocation times were fixed, so you could email the CO for status updates. Now, specially in dealing with the request from Team 13, they mention strictly to reply as earliest possible within 28 days but clearly mentions not to ask for status updates. It's been almost 2 months since the email reply to them but no way to know what's going on [emoji19]

I am from Bangladesh and applied offshore on around early may 2014. I completed my studies in Australia and came to bd only last September. Still stuck at security check. Special treatment I guess [emoji5][emoji12].. Waiting is tough brother... Best of luck

I guess it's due to the high risk factors for your country.. What I have seen so far is only UK and Indian citizens have got their grants within the 3 months period. Other people haven't received their CO yet even if they applied in April 2014.

Salam Hasan, As far as I understand from your timeline your grant can be any day considering all the docs are complete. On the Immi website it states that 189 visa would take 3 months.. Surprisingly me along a lot of others are still waiting for a CO and it's been more than 3 months. It seems to be the case for most high risk counties.. Goodluck with your process.

Congrats on the grant.. I applied early may and only team 13 asked to clarify two points based on submitted form 80. Also, they asked for education and employment details again at the same time. Submitted all these in end of June, since then no reply at all!!

When did you get your case officer?.. It depends on security checks and where you are from I guess.... As your PCC and Medical are complete, if all is clear you should get it anyday..

It's been more than three months and no sign of case office or any update from Team 13.. I guess it's the case for most of the people.... Have anybody got their grants recently.. Would appreciate any update Cheers

Hi Babun, Have you uploaded your form 80 early on? I uploaded my PCCs and form 80 early on then waiting for the CO allocation. Around late June, I got the email from Team 13 asking extra two info based on my submitted form 80. Funny thing is, when I filled up the form 80 there were some gap in education, typical for bd after HSC for about six months. So I had to send the education and employment history again as attachment to team 13. If all goes well next steps should be medical and CO. One place I read they don't process things again until the 28 days are up... May people who applied couple of days after me are now getting CO allocation. Keep [emoji120][emoji123][emoji111]

Hi Altaf, you seem to be leading the processing queue for the May gang.. Did you get any earlier request by GSM Team 13 to send additional documents? Also are you applying onshore or offshore? Where are you from? Only Farah and Babun from April applicants, received email from Team 13 and they are yet to provide any update..hopefully there situation is progressing well..

I think most of the people during the may gang haven't yet received a CO, let along having a grant!... Is there any body who already got a grant after applying in May 2014?

I understand your pain bro...this waiting is painful and annoying.. It seem to tip of the patience and trill of anticipation for everyone. Please keep posted regarding your progress. I am from bd too and applied offshore. They asked for extra information based on my form 80 . still waiting for a case officer, then can proceed with medical. God knows how long after that.
