I just rang the immi and they said for 143 which is permanent , there is no mention of entry date and from your entry you have to spent 2 years from 5 yrs with in Australia for renew your Visa.

As I am the applicant of 143, I don't know what's written on Visa paper.But according to them Visa will commence from your entry date and there is no condition on entry.

I think when you get your permanent visa you can enter any time within timeframe of 5 years

WE, (me, wife, my child) got visa 173 and we arrived in perth on 1/12/2015. But now i want to apply for 143. My question is can we apply for 143 while in australia or we have to leave australia to lodge application for 143. Hello dear, We did our medical on 26 july 2015 . According to the co, as our file is now open, there was HIV test, urine test , blood test and chest x ray. All these tests were indicated by immi when they issued the HAP id mail. Our lodgement date was 11 sep.2013 . Everything has been submitted and waiting for 2 nd Vac.

now its 3 sep 2013 date is assessing by immi. i think they are starting to move after long time

Test email said that it is 30 august 2013 that they are assessing.

i think if you have your acknowledgement letter, then every necessary detail will be on it like form 80, pcc date, medical date
