Hi, I have 2 properties for rent in Lakelands, Mandurah. Both are brand new and will be available from August/September 2014. I would like to rent to British families. We were also migrants ourselves and can assist you in any"new country" issues you will have. Properties are 4 bed, 2 bathroom with A/C, a 5 min walk to state and private school and a 5 min drive to Mandurah.

yes we live in Halls Head. A great place to live, safe, mild in winter and with great beaches. Seen lots of WA, but Halls head is one of the best areas(cost of living property prices etc. Primary schools are good, secondary, not so good.
