  1. Hi Lovers, Just checking in to see how you're going with your application?
  2. Hi Paisleylass, I have called immigration and just got off the phone. She has confirmed that as my husbands employer is sponsoring me as a dependant, then I have to write their details! I have written on and typed, then rechecked both our forms so many times that I have lost count! :arghh: Hope this help. good luck with your application!
  3. Hi, As the secondary applicant for the ENS 186 visa, do I need to enter my husbands employers details in the question below... Part R – Sponsoring employer details 50 Are you being sponsored by, or associated with, a business or organisation in Australia? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  4. Any advice would be highly appreciated. I forgot to mention that I am the secondary applicant on a 457, now applying for PR through ENS 186. Thanks
  5. Hello All, Me again with another question about the infamous FORM 80! Please, some advice needed... Part R – Sponsoring employer details 50 Are you being sponsored by, or associated with, a business or organisation in Australia? No Go to Part S Yes Give details As the secondary applicant, do I tick yes to this and enter my husbands company's details or say no and assume they know that I am the secondary applicant? Thanks in advance :err:
  6. Thank you CollegeGirl :-) That makes sense, I will proceed to type it. It will make the process so much easier.
  7. Hi MaggieMay24, Thanks for replying :-) It says on the application form to write with a pen, hence my confusion. I guess I am over thinking it
  8. Hello everyone. We are in the process of completing Form 80 and I couldn't honestly tell you how many times we have made errors and had to rewrite! Just wanted to know if I could type on the form 80, print, sign and then upload? Or does it have to be hand written? I have tried contacting DIBP to ask the question, however, after being on hold for 40 minutes, got cut off  Many thanks in advance :-)

    Form 80 ?????

Hi Guys. Thanks for the replies. Been unwell for the past week and starting to feel like a human again :-) Form 80 is on the application checklist, so I assume I have to send it with my application rather than waiting for a CO to request it. As for the NI Number, we won't use use it.
  10. Thanks for the replies guys :-)

    Form 80 ?????

Hi guys I do need to do Form 80 and I have a quick question. Did any of you use your UK NI number when asked Do you currently have, or have you ever had, any national identity documents or numbers (including birth registration numbers, social security cards etc)? Thanks :-)
  12. Hello everyone, Did anyone use their NI number in their Form 80 / application? If so, do I need to provide copies of the card? Many Thanks in advance
  13. Thanks MaggieMay24. Also, thanks for your advice on the question I asked about the employer nomination a few weeks ago :-)
  14. Hello everyone, Does anyone know if form 1221 has to be completed for the ENS 186 (Transition)? I will be lodging my application as soon as my Police Checks are back from the UK and I have been looking at the application checklist which only asks for form 80, however, I have seen that some people have submitted it. I do remember doing it for my 457 application in 2012. Thanks in advance
  15. Hi there, I know that there is someone from Moneycorp on PIO. Does anyone have his details as I have a question for him? Many Thanks :-)
  16. Good luck, let us know how you get on
  17. I think that it is the date that you lodge your application ( not employer nomination) which is after June 2013. Had you lodged your application with the nomination, then I believe you would've beaten the price increase. Maybe someone on here knows different, else I would call immigration on Monday to confirm.
  18. There is a link on the website that allows you to estimate the cost of your visa http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/186.aspx
  19. Ah ok. My hubby's employer has done this before so hopefully they know to send all the right documents. Our nomination was lodged too early and if it wasn't for the guys on this forum who spotted it, I'd have been none the wiser and my visa would probably have been refused!
  20. Hi Lovers This is just copied and pasted from Immi website: Health requirements You must meet certain health requirements. The results of your health examinations are generally valid for 12 months. This applies to all dependent family members included in your application, whether they are migrating or not. You are able to organise your health examinations upfront before lodging a visa application. Did it take 11 months for the nomination to be approved?
  21. Just saw this on another website while searching for booklet 5: Dear Registered Migration Agent The following information has been provided by the Business Innovation, Occupation and Employer Sponsored Policy Section. Effective 21 January 2014, Booklet 5 – Employer Sponsored Migration (Permanent) will be repealed and should no longer be used as a primary source of information when seeking to lodge an application under the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) or Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 187) visa programmes. Information regarding the Permanent Employer Sponsored visa programme should be sourced only from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s (DIBP’s) website, as the website contains the most up-to-date information regarding these visas. Should there be any concerns or queries, please direct them through ‘Permanent Employer Sponsored Visas’ channel available in the form of the Agents Gateway: http://www.immi.gov.au/gateways/agents/contact/feedback/ Kind regards Business Innovation, Occupation and Employer Sponsored Policy Section Skilled Migration Policy Branch Department of Immigration and Border Protection
