I have Australian PR. Currently, I am offshore (out side Australia) and visited Australia February, 2015 so that PR doesn't expire / void. Also, I recently got married. My question is can I apply for partner visa while me and my wife are both offshore (out side Australia)?

That's what trying to figure out. Which option has less process time? Thanks a lot for all your help.

Some background. I have applied in 189 class and recently received grant letter. When I submitted my application, I was't not married but engaged, I mentioned fiancee details in form 80. She is residing in another country. Now, I will be getting married in three months. I need details like: What is the process to apply for SO visa? How much time it take? It is better to apply onshore or offshore? Can I apply without entering first time in Australia or should I have to visit at least once to become eligible for applying SO visa?

Just an update. Shared all the info. with CO and CO withdraw the request for PCC from KSA based upon the fact that my stay was less than 12 months.

They refused any help

Sorry If i added in wrong thread but it's a bit urgent and i am bit confused. I worked @KSA for almost 10 months on business work visa and i am back to my home country after resigning from my job. My CO has asked for PCC from KSA and I have no idea what to do. I don't have any final exit form or anything like this as i was on business work visa or business visit visa (whatever we call it) Any idea / help?
