  2. Australian gvt has stolen our money from 115 and 885 visa category.. when i applied i was 24 years now im 29 years old so that im planning to with draw my visa application and going to apply for skilled visa bez no point to wait further more. Very bad GVT... .. no reality reasons at all ... no logical reason at all.. Rather than cheating the applicants, gvt could have given the application money to us Applied 2011-04-04 My queue date is 22 Aug 2013. still waiting ............ shame on every body who works in immigration
  3. For Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative final processing is progressing for applications with a queue date up to 23 February 2011. https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Brin/Fami/Capping-and-queuing/Other-family-visa-queue
  4. HI all , any update about remaining relative 115??? gvt playing with our life. The worse visa category in the world which is 115. My QD is Aug 2013
  5. "Based on current Planning Levels and the allocation of the majority of the Other Family places to the Carer visa category, it is currently estimated that Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative visa applications that were lodged in 2014 and meet the criteria to be queued are likely to take approximately 56 years to be released for final processing (calculated from 14 August 2014)." Immigration officers and australian gvt plz note that , we r humans and we can survive less than 75 years in the planet ... 56 YEARS 56 YEARS 56 YEARS ................................................................... OHHHH MY GOD .... "For Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative final processing is progressing for applications with a queue date up to 21 January 2010". This is only for asian ???? my queue date is august 2013 then i have to forget about this visa ............ BYE BYE REMAINING RELATIVE VISA ...................
  6. It is currently estimated that Carer visa applications that were lodged in 2014 and meet the criteria to be queued, are likely to take approximately four and one half years to be released for final processing (calculated from 14 August 2014). After 4.5 years add another 3 years to grant visa , all the Carer visa applications will be cleared ... After that ,Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative visa applications only remaining for entire 500 quotas ... how it could be 56 years??.. In order to earn the money , immigration earned massive income by cheating us as well spoiled our life. If they grant me visa after 56 , my grandchildren can go to Aussie, THAT IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE THAT I CANT MARRY PRIOR TO GRANT THE VISA. Aussie expecting that EVERY human can live 300-400 years in the planet ???? Hello my dear analysts and statisticians inside the immigration, u don't know the life table of the human survival ????? what r u doing there ???? Please update the news some thing logically....After i looked at this news, i really feel that i may become as mad... OHHH MY GOD ...............

Even if up to June 2011 queue date has been released from the queue 18 months back, still there r some outstanding cases ,so that i have to forget this visa because i'm 28 years old and i have to settle in my life too... OHH MY GOD , PLEASE HELP ME
  8. Thank you for ur update lazybones1987... i lodged an application(RRV 115) for an Other Family visa outside Australia.. Can i use the same inquiry from because 115 category is excluded here.
  9. On 9/12/2012 velasco quoted "queue date up to 28 February 2011 are now being considered for final processing" On 2/1/2013, lazybones1987 update "queue date up to 30 June 2011 are now being considered for final processing" for than 18 months no moments in the queue ... hope fully there will be a moment
  10. Until what date queue will be moved ??? Due to the high priority for citizen's sponsor and low priority for Protection visa sponsors , we can expect some quick moment in the queue for citizen's sponsor...
  11. For more than one and half years , RRV QUEUE hasn't moved ... Any body think that this queue will move by next month ????
  12. I’m unable to understand the logic of the processing time ....I have been already waited 3 years in order to get the RRV(Queue date has been assigned in august 2013)..... When i applied, i was 25 years old and now almost 28 .I'm the only person left in srilanka in my family and i have graduated from university also. i have already sacrificed government working opportunity in srilanka(rather than wasting another one chance) in order to settle in australia with my very own family ... I always feel frustration, dissatisfaction and depression about this visa .. Loneliness is the silent killer in my life. No body ready to talk about the longer period of processing time ... Rather than waiting for this kind of period, we can withdraw our applications and forget about family members as well. People are asking question from me that your family members in Australia and, what are u doing in srilanka??? How to answer for this kind of questions????? I can tell them about the queue date definition where " i have passed the exams but no place available in the migration program”..... I don’t know how many years I’m going to tell the same answer to peoples… Oh My God
  13. [h=2]Priority given to family stream visas[/h]Applications for family stream visas are prioritised depending on which visa you apply for. The following are examples of the priorities given to various visa categories. For primary applicants of an Australian sponsor, priority is given in the following order: Partner or child orphan relatives contributory parents carers. Priority is then given to those applying for parent visas, remaining relative and aged dependent relative visas. Within each Family Stream visa category, applicants sponsored by a permanent visa holder who entered Australia as an illegal maritime arrival (IMA) are given the lowest processing priority. Note: There is no exception for affected family members facing compelling or compassionate circumstances. All other applications are generally considered in order of the date of lodgement.
  14. According to the last released, i think that it could be in july , but i'm not sure .....i'm also waiting for the release since my application also in the queue date of august 2013(sponsored by australian citizen)
  15. i have 2 brothers(Australian citizens) ,mother(permanent resident ) and father( passed away in 1988) who all in australia. My queue date has been assigned in august 2013. Im in 27 years old now and have completed BSc in srilanka. I'm planning to go by student visa soon . Is it a good option or not?because my brothers already spent lots of money to take my mother by career visa in 2010,If i go by student visa, i have to pay much higher amount. Or According to the new rule, ill get the R&Rvisa soon ??
  16. Changes to family stream visa processing for applicants sponsored by illegal maritime arrivals Family stream visa applications sponsored by permanent visa holders who arrived in Australia as illegal maritime arrivals (IMAs) will now be given the lowest processing priority. This means their applications will not be processed for several years. On 19 December 2013 the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection issued new processing priorities within the Family stream of the migration programme. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/jan/08/refugees-family-reunion-hopes-dashed
