Can anyone help me to understand the minimum and maximum time for getting a grant? Does IMMI takes the case date wise application or State wise ?

Its wonderful to hear that people are getting their golden mail. I am new user in this group...as I have also lodged my visa application on 31st Jan...front uploaded all PCC and Meds...the status has required to received on 13th...any idea if they ask for form 80 or 1221 for spouse??

I have lodged visa 190 (under ACT SS) on 31.01.14....also uploaded Medicals on 5.02.14 and PCC on 10.2.14.... Can anyone tell me by when a CO will get allocated in my case also does the allocation is based on State by State or immi chooses cases date wise for Visa approval. Hope to hear something... Thanks

Also can anyone tell me is Form 80 or 1221 is mandatory....does CO ask for it??

Hi Everyone, I have just lodge my 190 visa on 31.1.14....can anyone help me to know how long it takes to get the grant? Also can we upload the PCC and Medicals before CO allocation?

HI I have applied for 190 visa on 31.1.14.....will be uploading my PCC and medicals next week before the CO gets allocated. Anyone did the same? How long it takes to grant a visa on new EOI process? Kindly help
