But you guys with the "slow" team could try sending individually a request to ask them to try to match the speed of their colleagues in team 33 (alternatively, a mail addressed to a supervisor indicating the disparities in assessment times between the teams. But calls and emails are all filtered and there are no direct emails to "higher" offices) . They will always be able to find a rationale to justify their slower processing time, but if more than one person complains things might move a bit faster. That, of course, if the theory that they are taking it easy just because they can is right. I believe there could be other factors influencing the process
