  1. I am a bit afraid to try anything to leave the position as it has been only 4 months since the visa was granted. Thank you for your answers. I will try to think about it and I will let you know
  2. Hi everyone! My rsms visa was approved in april and I've started working with my employer 3 weeks after. After 4 months ( I've been working there for more than 1 year now), things are getting worts. One employee has already resigned. Our employer changed all our contract to part-time and I don't know if she can do that with my one cause of the sponsorship. This is my main question: is she allowed to change my full-time contract to a part-time contract? I haven't signed it yet but she has already given me less hours. Then she wants to sell the business: do I have to stay if there is a new boss? Thank you guys
  3. She did not apply for residency. she only advertised for the position she is supposed to be sponsored on.... as she has a position more important... In the same business but on the same 457. She did not notify her new position to immi
  4. Hi! One of my friend was notified that an immigration agent will come and check that the sponsor business respects the contract and that she respects it too. I am writing this thread for 2 reasons. First to warn people as my friend is supposed to be a manager and she changed many times position in the business without notifiying immi ( as she does a good job and deserves better position) And she received the email of immi after posting an ad in the newspaper and on internet ( gumtree) to find a new manager. Just be careful if you are in the same case. then does immi check only 457 visa holder ( cause of all we heard about it last year)? Thanks
  5. Hi! I would like to know if I need to notify DIAC that I've started working for my sponsor. thank
  6. I live in Alice Springs. Even if sometimes it's hard to be in the middle of nowhere, it is easy to meet people and be a part if the community. And it's always sunny ( not at the moment lol)
  7. I've been waiting for 10 months now, including 3 months offshore! my nomination has been approved 3 weeks ago and co requested more documents for the visa! feel so sad
  8. Thanks! Unfortunately, I couldn't find more informations
  9. Hi! My Rsms 187 is still in process. i've got a lawyer but he is so slow since the beginning that I don't trust him anymore . He does a good but I need to push and harass him lol! well I create an Immi account and when I check my application with all the documents which are requested or recommended, I don't understand if I have to upload them or not. How can I know that they were submitted already? And my last update was in december 2013 does it mean that immi didn't receive my medical checks that I did in January?! thanks for your help!
