Hi all, Can anyone suggest what is relevant qualification in india for vegetable grower.My brother is vegetable grower but does not hold relevant qualification though he has nearly 10 yrs of experience as a vegetable grower.He is graduate in Arts.Has anyone ever come across who applied as a vegetable grower.Also if someone could suggest being self employed as vegetable grower what supporting documents we can provide as proof of full time work.Your advice would help my brother in making his decision. Hi all, we are moving to qld in 2 months time.i have got uk driving licence from last 11 yrs but had 3 speeding points on it which will be removed on 14 oct 2013.as right now we are out of uk would you guys recommend to get those points removed from uk licence before i exchange my licence with qld driving licence.if i do not get those points removed would those points will come on qld licence when i get it exchanged.any experiences and suggestions all welcome. Hi, We got 190 visa grant last week and by next month we as a family are moving to a designated area in Queensland. I would like to sponsor my brother for 489 designated area sponsorship by relative(489 visa).My question is for how long should i have been living in designated area before i can sponsor my brother.On a form 1227 it say i should be living currently in designated area which seems fine to me but also on the form it ask for my last 2 yr employment history.does it has to be in australia? Pls anybody who knows do share your knowledge about eligibility of being a sponsor. All replies are most welcome. Thanks Brizi

Hi fateh congrats for the speedy grant.. fateh did CO contacted you before the grant and what was the medical status showing on ur evisa page till before the grant.we also applied on 8 aug.keeping fingers crossed.pls reply brizi

Iam aware of it will have no effect when i apply for credit in australia.but that seems preety far as of now iam concerned about grant of my visa.as my pcc is clear what chances are of rejection if diac finds out i own money in uk.

Is form 80 mandatory for primary and or secondary applicant for 190 visa sub class. thanks

Hi AU57EN, just saw ur signature and would you mind me asking as you did ur medical on 28/08/13 and ur partener medical is cleared on 01/09/2013.have you been allocated a CO if so he must have told you and if not how do you know urs is referred and ur partener's got cleared.your reply would be much appreciated. thanks brizi

Hi all, W did our medicas on 20 aug and on 22 organise your medical link disappeared for my 2 kids and on 26 aug diac recieved medical for us as well and same day link disappeared for my wife and mine aswell.today when i checked mt evisa page this is what it was showing. The health examinations required for this applicant have not yet been determined. Your case will be referred to a case officer to determine if further health is required. This page will be updated with advice regarding whether health examinations are required to be undertaken. Please note that this will not occur until a case officer investigates your case in line with published processing times for the visa that you have applied for. W have not been alloted a CO yet.any ideas what can be assumed for this referred,cleared or anything else.pls sharev ur experiences. Hi All,I lodged my application for 190 visa class on 8th august.I uploaded all the required documents in few days.Today when i checked the status of my online application i noticed under progress from required it has changed to received.Does it mean a case worker has been alloted to us.The status changed on 21 august.Is it possible to get a CO in 13 days.Also we did over medicals on 21 august.now the link for our 2 kids for medicals have disappeared after the medical result was uploaded by the clinic.But for mine and my wife its still showing organise your medical.Shall i assume ours have been referred or is it too early to say that.We confirmed from our clinic they graded us A.Any answers would be appreciated.Brizi

Hi charl, Thanks for the reply.yea i have been contacted by qld govt.and requested further info like my commitment to live in the state,evidence of funds,and vetassess assesssment.i gathered all the info and will be emailing them tmrw.regarding jobs i have mentioned some job sites but do w have to provide them link for a particular job add related to my profession.hopefully thgey should be satisfied with the required info and nominate me for SS.keeping fingers crossed.what region of qld are you looking forward to settle down? tk care brizi

No yash they do not advice you about what visa you should apply.that is upto you to decide if you want to go for 189,190,or 489.i think you have the option to ask 3 questions but each one will cost you seperately.my reason for applying to them was to know which occupation suits best to my qualification.apart from that why u want to spend money u can ask any thing on this forum provided u explain ur situation. regards

Yes yash ur right its called vetassess advisory.they charge 130$ and would let you know about the close related occupation according to ur studies and work experience.u enen get 50$ discount on vetassess assessment if u take vetassess advisory services.all u need is send them scan copies or ur last 3 degrees and they will reply in 10 working days.even i took their service as i was not sure about my suitable nominated occupation for my qualification.just google for vetassess advisory.HOpe this helps and all the best..

Hi millards, so have you got ur Qld SS.how much time did they ask u to wait before the outcome of the nomination application.Iam also waiting to be contacted by Qld Deptt.What info did they ask you when they contacted.Do we provide all the info via email or through regular post?How much bank balance is sufficient for a family of 4?
