Hi Joanne, I was in a similar situation with negative equity, and I contacted Bankruptcy from Abroad (a company already mentioned in this thread I believe) they provided help and guidance to sort the situation out via a UK bankruptcy, with little impact on your situation in Australia. I would recommend getting in touch with the company for some advice on what would be best for your circumstances.

Has anyone successfully used one of the UK bankruptcy companies that they would recommend as decent? Thanks.
