Hi there. Been trying to research something that seems to be an urban myth. I had always heard that you need a very healthy bank account to move to Australia, but can't seem to find any guidelines on this. Common sense dictates that we will need at least enough money to get set up with a place to live, transport and enough to see us through a month or two of bills and groceries. Is there an amount laid out by immigration requirements or is it just left to common sense? We will start work approx a week after moving out.
