Hi guys I emailed CO asking why immiaccount doesn't update even after CO has confirmed all docs received. Got this response; "We do not update the documents as received on the immi-account. All documents have been received and your application is queued for finalisation. * As the program is reaching its yearly limit, I am unable to finalise at this time. I will advise as soon as I am able to". So looks like there's a lot of waiting to be done

Didn't understand the Chinese bit as well.....

I emailed CO asking about delay and she said the RSM limits is being reached so apps are being queued tho 190 would have first pref. And from other threads I picked up that once quota is reached the we have to wait till the new allocation which is released at the beginning of the year on 1 July

Let's hope the wait wont be long because I have seen others with similar timeframes who have been granted from Brisbane 33. Does anyone know if the CO personally makes the decision to grant or not.

Sauib So we have same CO. Am just confused why they would still ask for meds and otber docs if the quota is almost full. Does this mean they are just piking up apps that are ready for grants and automatically grant everyone afyer July 1 coz it appears many will habe to wait till July. I also am worried that immi account seems to have been last updated a long time ago. Mine still shows docs requested for medicals even though COhas confirmed she has received all my docs.

Hi guys Am starting this thread to share our experiences dealing with Team 33. I had CO allocated mid January and all required docs that CO asked for submitted 24 Feb. Been waiting ever since. I emailed CO last week and got a response stating annual limits are being reached so applications are being queued. Is there anyone in similar shoes? My CO is K.D cheers P/S when replying please use initials for CO and not their full name so we maintain privacy.

Hi Guys I lodged my app in Nov and submitted all required docs and got an email saying CO will get back to me at earliest opp. After weeks of waiting I sent an email checking progress and this is the response I got; At present the program is reaching its final number and clients are being queued. At this time I am unable to provide you with a timeframe for completion. Please read below * Each year visa planning levels are set by the government for the programme year which forms the Migration Programme.* The Migration Programme determines the maximum number of visas that can be granted in each visa category each year. The Direction specifies that Migration Programme planning levels take precedence over priority processing arrangements which can affect the order in which applications are considered during the programme year. As of February 2014, the Skilled Regional Sponsored GSM category has a limited number of visa places remaining. The remaining places will be allocated in line with the priority processing arrangements as follows: ·******** decisions on state and territory nominated subclass 190 and 489 applications; then ·******** family sponsored subclass 489 applications ; and ·******** any other Skilled Regional Sponsored GSM applications currently in the final stages of processing. This includes subsequent entrant subclass 489 applications which are exempt from the priority processing arrangements. Not very encouraging news. Anyone who has any experience of this and how long it will take to get a decision? Cheers *
