hiya,my family and are heading your way.We live just out side Portsmouth about 60 miles south of London and about five miles to so ok beaches.Rent is cheap in Portsmouth 800 to one thousand pounds a month for a three bedroom house.check out .http://www.therightmove.co.uk.It takes me about one to two hours to get up to the smoke.Look on a map and follow the A3 road heading south though surry.Guildford also nice but dearer the more south the cheaper .good luck.

Evening all,just put house on market and waiting to cash in.Should be over before the new year.Was just wondering if anyone out there had taken there trademans licence as I understand you need one if going to work self employed and take on jobs over x amount.Iam a painter and decorator heading south of the river.Will I even need one if anyone can help please let me know.:biggrin:

hello.hav,nt been on this for a while heading to south perh wakki, mandurah,rockingham that sort of way.maybe way down in bunbury will check it out when over,will want a good beach close at hand walkable if poss. with a little life about.
