Hi all, I'm new to this so I'm sorry if I am posting in wrong section. i am sponsored on a 457 as a database administrator which is on the acs list, I have a degree in information systems and would like to apply for my pr independent of my company. Has anyone done this while they were sponsored as a database administrator.... also what does getting your skills assessed by the acs consist of? Do I just give them my degree and play the waiting game? Again sorry if its in the wrong thread. thanks

hi all just looking for a bit of info. if anyone has applied under the above heading what kind of degree did you have and how many years work experience? i have a degree in Information Systems Management and my experience would be a year in a project based company here in perth. I am sponsored as a Database Administrator but would like to apply for state sponsorhip under the above heading as its all i seem to closely fall under. any advice is appreciated. thanks
