hi parveen, thanks for reply no i haven't heard anything from immi,, eventhough i have emailed them 2 times, i have call them on dob in line all they said to me you can contect fairwork and now you can work anywhere in regional area. seems like immi does not care about it. so how long it has been happend to you ,, and are you working with someone else now.. tell me somthing abt you.. thanks suny

i did they said check the unfair dismissal checklist. and by that if it is small business than he can fire me when ever he want's unless i have worked their over 1year. i have inform immigration just waiting for their reply.. fingers cross, thanks

ok i appreciate you reply, ok i am working in t/a shop and restaurant as both business are belongs to the guy who sponsored me and under the name of the company. first thing in take-away shop some customer ask me that your food is halal i said no and that's true. he was with me one day and he show me that customer ask and i said no, and he got angry on me and said now are you going to pay for that loss and blaaa blaaa ... recently he told me "lamb" is going expensive so we have to sale beef curry by saying that it is lamb curry. and i said no i am not going to lye.. if you want i can work in restaurant behind the door so i don't have to serve the customer. 2 days after he gave me termination letter saying that i am rude and my behavior is not appropriate and it creates the tension in his business... i don't care about my visa but i wouldn't disrespect someone's religion. even something heppen i will go to mrt. thanks,,

i need suggestion please: hi, it been 3months i have granted my rsms119 , i had argument on job and my boss fire me ,,, it is not my fault 100% as he ask me to do something which was not fair. and was forcing me to do work out sides of my duties. still it was not me who said i don't want to work anymore he said you do what i said or i will terminate you, i said sorry its not fair and i am not going to do that. and in result he fire me. what should i do please any suggestion. i have ask my lawyer he said nothing going to happen as you give your genuine effort. and he can't force you to do something which is not your job and which is not right. i have inform immi as well but no reply yet. thanks

very important information for everyone as i call my case officer and he gave me some information which i would like to share: file lodge nomi and visa both on 28th june, 2012 aknow. rec.: 3rd july,2012. case officer allocated:5th march 2013. nomination grant 19th march 2013. then i called my case officer even-though i have my MA as per my co ,, i don't need overseas police clearance reason since i have done my last one i haven't revisit my country.. medical: i said my medical is going to be expired by 2nd of april 13. \ he said in that case i can do 2 month extensionso you dont have to do it again ,, next question how long i have to stay out when i go offshore to get my visa granted,, ( 119 ) answer : it get granted as soon as you leave but sometime due to technical reason its delay the upgrade, so we suggest every one book you return after at-least 5 working days. thanks eveyone ,,, my co was really polite,,,... seems like i will granted soon,... thaks suny

hello guys, i have sent an email to nsw.pse..... that " it's been over 8 months and i haven't got co,, as per your last email you have mention that it takes 5 to 7 months " and guess i got reply after 4 days on 5th of march that you have allocated the CASE officer,,,, feeling great but still worried .... one of the reason ,,, can say that the business urgently need for cook as business is growing or give some medical reason to MRT that current cook or chef is not able to work fulltime,,, just think bro you would come up with something better then this....... best luk

if your employer request to MRT by giving genuine reason mrt may give priority to the case just cheak mrt site suny... best of luck ,,,, life is war don't give up bro

hi massimo, one of my friend got after 3 weeks, he was non-drc he applied in march and just got approved a month before, hope your will be within 3 to 4 weeks max. thanks suny.

anybody knows how to extend your stay after MRT, can i apply for RRT or any other way guys

my student visa was refuse bcoz of financial doc, was not supportable as per the case officer , on 10th ausgust 2010 i have lodged that case in MRT after that i was on bridging visa, and then stop my study and did some on-off work in restaurant than i found sponsor in last december and start part-time work at his restaurant and lodge my file in 28th june,2012.

so sorry it was an error the hearing is in 3rd january, 2013. after 28days i have to leave the country or need to find out how i can extend my stay. thanks

to , blossom and tarrat guys i have hearing in MRT in 3rd January ,2013 regarding my pre-refused student visa in 2010 and i am the decisions will not be in my ferver i know that, so i have 28 days after the hearing until this period i must get my 119 rsms granted. does any of you know any other way to extend my stay, can i go for RRT or any suggetion. please reply. thanks

I applied through paramatta, Job/Cook, Visa lodged on 28/06/2012, acknowledgment recieved 3rd july,2012. my agent told me it is DRC but i don't have any prof to trust him. so i take my case as non-drc. i have same situation my current visa status is bridging bcoz of my MRT case . and i have hearing on 3rd jan, 2013. god help us. please keep in touch, i will tell you if anything comes-up from my side. suny thanks
