Bro Currently they are helping Pakistani's to get visa's from Spain. The link you provided is not for Pakistan visa applicants. Could be for some other countries in which VFS Global is acting as a Migration Agent for their clients.. So they have provided Online tracking for the clients.

Check with your courier services : If its SIGNED by "NADEEM SG" (that what i got when i tracked my courier to AHC every-time) that means its received by the initial authorities of AHC. Then they forward your Documents to VISA SECTION.. Pretty Much 2 days when your CO gets your Documents and 7 Days OR 14 Days to update your additional information in their records. So Don't worry.. They received your Documents every-time you send them, But yes they don't tell you about it.. Good Luck..!!

The Australian Government is opening three new Australian Visa Application Centres (AVACs) in Pakistan to improve service delivery for visa applicants in Pakistan applying to travel to Australia. The $70 fee is ONLY for the people who wish to have a label on their passport in Australia... It does not apply offshore..(outside-Australia). U can say Another way of Income..!! Before that it was Free.. Don't worry AHC islamabad will label our visas for free..!! DIAC don't consider Travel from Pakistan Label Free yet... Travel to Australia From India and Bangladesh is now Label Free.. No tension of sending the passports.. One day Pakistan will have it.. INSHALLAH!!

U r right bro, they don't even check our documents properly, why we sent them or why we did not. They don't care.. The all they know is 12 months time period..!! Dehli (india) AHC is going good so far.. 7 Months processing time.. Wish we could have it.. God Bless Pakistan. Bro why they send our medical reports to Australia..?? I did not understand this..? Have any info about it.. Seriously!! KA is a CO of 1000's of applications....

Make sure u give all the explanation to AHC in writing and courier them with the requested documents. Plz my advice u should ask AHC before going to have a medical in Australia.. U can't or anyone on ur behalf can't get FRC until u update ur marital status on ur NIC card (NADRA RECORDS). They will issue a new NIC card with new photo and Thumb impression and for this u have to be present in Pakistan to get it done.. Then only U and ur husband can get FRC from NADRA.. Good Luck ..!!

My wife already applied for the modification from Canberra, Australia and i could not provide AHC the FRC but i gave them the explanation and some proofs (Receipts) that my wife has applied for it. And obviously she's in Australia and it takes 3 months to get it done from there.. And she can't come to Pakistan. But Sister i tell u something if u apply from there (Australia) it will take upto 3 months and ur new card will be ready, But it might take 1 month for ur Marital Status to be updated in the Nadra Records that's all u need to get the FRC. Well what i know is only NICOP holders can apply from there, if u can see the FORM on their website its for NICOP holders. If u hold a NICOP that's alrite but if u have a simple NIC then u have to check with the Pak High Comm in Canberra. I think its better to give them the explanation and when u come back to Pakistan then do this coz its easy and quick.. U will get ur card in 2 Months of time if u do it from Pak (When ur visa expires and u will be in Pak). 3 Months from Australia. U don't have to go to Canberra. U can courier all the things on their PO.BOX Address not on their Physical Address and u have to surrender the original ID card with the Form And $70 is the fee. After a week or so they Pak High Comm transfer ur Application through Normal Australian Post (14 Working Days Time) to Islamabad Nadra Office.. They will take time.. Its a big hassle.. The choice is ur sister Make a wise decision.. I hope u understand.. ALLAH Sub ki mushkilain assan karien (Ameen). YES U HAVE TO BE PRESENT IN PAKISTAN FOR ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATION IN UR ID's... That's true.. If its not like that i can get FRC straight away on my wife's behalf.. U know what i mean..!!

Hi sister, AHC requested the same documents from me but i could not get them on a short notice. I got married in AUS and my wife is in Australia.. First of all its not ur name change on ur NIC , Its ur Head name change (Your Father's name will be replaced with your Husband's name) Its because u have to tell them you are married to this person, I'm sure ur hubby have a NICOP card. NADRA will update ur Marital status.. Then you can get FRC thing.. But if u do this from Pakistan High Commission In Canberra, AUSTRALIA it will take approx 3 MONTHS. If u do it from Pakistan (Any Nadra Executive Office) only 7 DAYS... Be-careful before applying from Australia, because they will also send ur application to Pakistan for the change or modification on ur NIC. So its better to apply from Pakistan. Applicant's Presence is necessary in Pakistan for any change or any modification in ur NIC. Thanks.

OMG!!! OMG!! i cant get FRC from Nadra until my wife changes her marital status on her NICOP. And it take 3 months from Australia(Canberra) to process.. Union Councils in pakistan are just sh*ts they even can't give me the MRC because i got married in Aus and they don't accept or recognize my aussie certificate.. Do i need to marry again in pakisatn to get a paki Nikah Nama and then get it registered in pakistan.. Farr out..!! I am so pissed @ Nadra. They said if she can come here to pakistan then we will process it in 7 days.. What should i do ..?? OMG!! I am so stressed.. :unsure: Any Suggestions Guys..??

I want to ask another things sister .. What is "Family Registration Form With SP"...?? AHC want this Document.. FRC = Family Registration Card --- Family means ---- Me and My wife Or Me and My Parents...?? (Documents Required For FRC) MRC Marriage Registration Card ----- Issuer will be ---- Nadra Or Union Council ...?? (Documents Required For MRC)

Lodgment Date: 25th of May 12 .. Bro Nadra will give me the MRC.?? I don't have my wife's Overseas card with me and Nadra will accept my aussie marriage certificate..?? Is it possible for someone to register their marriages with NADRA who got married Overseas.. I don't know why AHC is creating Fuss.... Its their own Document , i did not made it at home by myself.. Lol.. Bro 2 statuary Decelerations (Statements) can be done by parents as well..?? Which Form Should I Use..?? (These statements should be attested by an oath commissioner)..?? Who's an Oath Commissioner..??

Got Medical Req Today.. ALHAMDULILLAH!! Other Documents Requests : Certified copy of your Marriage Certificate, Nikkah Nama Urdu and English and Marriage Registration Certificate issued by Union Council. Affidavit/Statutory declaration written by at least 2 persons from family members in Pakistan in order to witness and support your relationship. Persons who provide these statements should state reason of how they believe in your relationship, how they are related to the applicant/sponsor and they should attach their photocopy of NIC or Passport. These statements should be attested by an oath commissioner. Family registration form with SP Anyone Can Tell Me What are these Documents Up there.. Coz i got married in Australia and Certified Marriage Certificate was attached when case was lodged. And i provided them 2 Statutory Decelerations of Australian Citizens already.. Why AHC asking me all this.. ?? Need ur replies brothers and Sisters.. Thanks

Assalamualaikum Everyone! Hope you're having a brilliant Friday (I know its not the same without our husbands/wives, but we'll get there INSH'ALLAH). My question is regarding the 'Medical'... Are we able to get a Medical done without the request of our CO? That's what I heard from an Australian Immigration Lawyer today. I mean, maybe getting a Medical before hand would save us from waiting? waiting for your replies.. Thanks
