Yes no need to fill out the Forms or anything. Just bring your medical request letter (HAP on it), your Original Passport and Original CNIC. Make sure u bring 2 Photocopies of your Passport and CNIC each. Even you don't have to bring the Passport size photos. They will take your photographs on the spot (If you are going to the IOM LAHORE). Best Of Luck..!! Ta

Congratulations bro..!! Finally u got the medical request..!! Yes bro its a medical request letter they send u through email with your Name, DOB , Passport No and HAP ID written on. See the sample in the attachments.

I think there's no such Form for sponsors now..But there's a Form 929 only for Applicants if their address Or Passport details changed. I think Immi don't care if sponsor's details changed during the application process. They only contact Applicants.. But if you want to email them that would be good and keep the record of that email. And when u move to Australia, You have to update your address details with DIAC office through Form 929 Or by phone. In this way your wife's address will be updated in their records. Ta

U should leave for AUS before 28th of FEB and don't call immi for any extensions it will be time wasting and if you got in this stuff u will lose time and your VISA, Most probably they wont give you any extension.. Becoz its a kind of condition on your Visa.. And Conditions does not change.. Thats what i think so far.. I know its hard to Reschedule your plan and flights.. Seriously AHC is so unpredictable.. But in the end sis you got your visa.. And Congrats..!! U had a very tough time and i saw your posts just waiting waiting and waiting.. No need to get the label on your passport..Keep your grant letter handy.. U can do it in AUSTRALIA later on.. So best of luck for the future.. GOD BLESS YOU..!! TA

Hi guys anyone have filled this one before Form 929. I am confused about question no 18. I got my passport renewed. Should i have to write the old passport details here OR any other passport of another country which obviously I don't have.. What should i do?? Waiting for your replies guys.. Ta
