Hi nic1171 Ref your second point, My OH was also asked to supply her Graduate Certificate which she no longer has. Our agent advised her to send a statutory declaration stating that she did not have or never received the certificate. This was verified and sent to ANMAC through the agent and was accepted. It might be worth checking this out with ANMAC,

We are using Visabureau on the recommendation of friends who are now in Perth. We had a free consultation and then paid half of fee which would be refunded if they didn't think we had a realistic chance of a visa. They kept in touch by email and phone at no extra cost and advised to change our EOI at the last minute. We received our 189 invitation yesterday. They have taken away all the hassle and ,to us, were worth the cost. Hope this helps.

My OH has just received our 189 invitation today. We hope others have been as successful. She is so excited. I will have to be extra nice from now on so she will take me with her.

My OH is an RMN. Applied to ANMAC 20/08/12, received 01/11/12. I don't if they give different times for other skills. It may have been processed due to having to apply for visa by January.

We have gone through an Agent looking to apply for 190 as advised this would be better for our circumstances. We have just been told that the times seem to be about the same to process at present so they are going to try for the 189 visa first and if unsuccessful they will go back to 190 visa.
