  1. Hi all we have a question! We are building out first home in oz and are looking forward to it however the lack of communication from our mortgage broker and settlement agent is shocking! We like in the territory and are building our first home in yanchep! The settlement was supposed to go through on Friday but because no one told us how much money we had to have in the new bank account for the settlement to go through( we have asked every day this week and no one gave us a straight answer) we put in what our mortgage broker said 5% of the land! Did that and thought great nothing else to do until the house starts To go through! How wrong were we! We get a sarcastic phone call saying we should have more than 3/4 the deposit we are putting down against the house in the account so it has to go through! That was 1 o'clock nt time and had to transfer a huge amount of cash to another account! Is this normal that Beatle all our deposit goes straight off for us to only pay the last part at the end? What happened to everyone else?
  2. Its close to the beach, ten mins from butler train station which can take to city, it was the only place that we could afford to have a nice house without paying a fortune for land and have a small stood the best thing to do is go u at night, The mother inlaw and me went up and stood watching the kangaroos for ages
  3. Hi all my partner and I have purchased land in Yanchep golf estate Just wondering if anyone stays there and what they think of it? We looked at a few other states nor and found that we get the best land up there.
  4. Thank you for your help I will pass this on to him.
  5. I know for a fact he is keeping a diary of all the incidents and he has asked them several times about things and they never do anything about it? Also one of the bosses is pretty hard on him and when he has complained the other bosses has said its his word against theres and are not interested.
  6. so what happens if he is getting bullied at work and cant take much more? Surley if work is that bad they cant make him stay for the further 18 months?
  7. Hi steven That's what we thought! It seems like the immigration and the agents don't know them selves? He asked them and they said one thing and agents have told him different stories, no wonder he is confused!
  8. Hi all, I have a question regarding the above visa obligations? I have a friend who is on a 187 rsms visa and he is having issues with his work? He has been on the visa for 6 months and is wondering if he has to stay the full 2 years with the employer? He has spoke to some one at immigration who has said that if you and your employer come to an amicable agreement he will be allowed to leave and take up employment else where? The reason I am asking is he has spoke to several immigration agents and most have gave different answers and is totally confused! I said I would ask on here because every one is very helpful and honest! Has any one else been in this situation before and what was the outcome?
  9. The in laws stay in butler and love it, they are ten mins from clarkson if that and the train goes straight to cbd, in the next few months the train station should be built! they are 1 minute to marmion avenue and on eof the main highways which i cant remember is ten mins!
  10. I think it all depends on your skills which makes the difference I think!
  11. Ok in that case why are all the immigration agency's and immi telling us that we can't apply untill we have been with the company for 2 years? Thank u by the way
  12. Hi that's ok thank u. Is your skills on the list because vet nurse is not? Think that's the catch? Could be wrong tho
  13. Hi we have been to see several immigration agents and also spoke to the immi and they have all told us that because we are on a 457 you have to work for your current employer for 2 years before we can apply for our 187 visa! We have spend hundreds of dollars asking then questions on what's the easiest way to apply for our pr and they nearly all said different things! When we spoke to immigration they didn't even know themselves which gave us soooo much confidence! I just feel that we have went through a agent for a reason and its pretty annoying that they have known for the last 8 months that we want to apply on a certain date and I'd have thought that they would have asked for all the visa information and other items months ago rather than leave it to the last minute to realise we were on a labour agreement 457!
  14. Can i ask are you a migration agent? I am asking because I have been told that I can by other migration agents and i dont know what to believe? I have also contacted the imigration and they didnt even know!
