Nah im nowhere near getting my visa.. Its gonna be 4-5 months more i guess.. And i didnt apply early cause i cannot go before november... anyways if im suppose to get visa during this time i'll get it there and if not then i'll come back here.. So why wait here and be miserable all the time..

We are thinking about doing the same... The requirements are same for any tourist visa its just that your husband apply it from australia... Snd you need to send him form and required documents listed in the chk list.. Im just going through it myself... And if his bank statement are ok they wont ask for the bond otherwise they might ask for 5k-15k$ and it all depends on them.. And no you wont lose the bond you will get it back after getting your TR.. And yeap you should let your co know your applying and yeah you can do medical from sydney no need to worry about that.. the good thing is they wont refused this type of visa if they have some kind of objection only then they will ask the bond so that the applicant return back home and dont over stay. I know what you mean..but thats for those applicant who have already sent form80 with application and for someone like us After 6 months they are gonna ask for form80.. Soo keep in mind that thats additional 4-6 months wait.. And one month for final decision that makes it a whole 12 months. And 13 to 18 months timeframe is clearly for guys.. Female got there visa in 8-9 months when processing was done in bangkok.

No kiddings sweets.. If SCO is saying that then it must be true.. Just look at your timeline 5 months gone and still waiting.. I jut really hope they start doing something with our cases.

Yeah im thinking they are gonna start with april applicant by the end of sept or oct after 6 months.. And since my date of lodgement is in the last week so maybe by the start of nov it will be my turn.. And i dont know how she replied to my mail all i did was c.c it to global feedback diac maybe thats why.. And the reason she gave me was that they have gotten bulk of spouse visa application which is way pass the yearly quota so that is why they have increase the time process.. And i have gotten her email id. So if i dont get contact by co in nov.. Im gonna mail her directly thats for sure... just brace yourself for the long wait. goodluck

From the looks of thing they are gonna take their time.. Atleast thats what was suggested in an email i got from senior migration officer..she said to wait till november for further document request.. Seriously november.. Really disappointed now.. I hope she is wrong.. And i hope april applicant atleast gets some news till sept ends. and oh yeah senior case officer is australian not pakistani..

Ftm.. I think you should just casually ask for the list of documents from your co again.. If they mention form 80 then and only then send it... And btw guys uk spouse visa process is also increased 8-9 months so i think there is ways too much load not just in pakistan everywhere else too and there is a set number of visas allocated each year and since they cant cap visa 309 so they are just trying to increase the timeframe which is causing delay everywhere. So start chilling now..

If they havent asked for it then dont send it.. But if you are still confuse ask your co.. But he is gonna say to send it so dont know they might have a reason for not asking in the first place.

True.. Not even a single applicant from april has been contacted by co...not even from the start of it.. It seems like they stop processing after finishing with march applicant.. And there is nobody over here who has applied in may so we'll know if they are treating only us like this or rest of applicant as well... Cause atleast june july applicants know their cos... I wonder when the start putting co's name in ack letter whether in may or in june.

Huh why would they do that.. I think for the first time they had their reason to reject it but why would they reject it the second time.. For how long did you apply for?

And Goldcoast date of lodgement is 2nd feb. And she got co in first week of June I think 3,4.

I think nobody has applied for visit visa over here yet.. But if you are applying then just give them a reason that you have already applied for visa309 and your spouse will come back for it and when her visa expires.. They won't refuse the visa so don't worry.. Have you lodge your wife spouse visa?

Yeah I guess so. And it's not like they have got tons of work left before march applicant they are already clearing file from feb rite so it's about time they start with early April at least.

Lolz ok ok I got that wrong.. but the fact still remain that April applicant are still waiting and it's gonna be sept soon.. Look at stareye her will be five months in a week and Nidz she hasn't send in her form as well.. From the looks of things they are increasing timeframe for some of us to 12 months that's for sure.

Oh im relax ... But there are certain things in life that I don't tolerate...not even from a stranger.. (so let's not go there). And I know it's really hard for everybody but at least you know that your case is in security chk and they will contact when it's done.. But look at us no form80 requested in 4 months and that is why it is more stressful.. You know what if somebody don't send form80 with application they should at least ask for it with acknowledgement letter and they can ask for the rest of the stuff afterwards with as much delay as they like but no they won't do something like this.. P.s I'm an extremely patient person you have no idea..
