Oho..thats bad.. I know the feeling.. mine is stuck just like yours..Did your husband tried contacting wherever medical done in aussie goes.. Maybe they will help you i dont know the name of the Organization..maybe somebody here who have done medical in aussie knows... And did you ask iom whether they have your results or not.. Now wait till tuesday i guess.. Monday might b off too.

You can do medical from Australia if its requested during the stay.. But you'll get stuck like aqsa is right now even though it should never have been the case cause everything is electronic and all and im sure AHC in Pakistan have the authority to get them but i dont know what these people do except for making the mess out of small things which should never have any problem in the first place.

Yeah they told me the same about my medical even though i have done it in pakistan..like its result was sent to australia so we cannot do anything its a complicated stuff blah blah.. But i called IOM and they told me to mail them in detail about everything and they will look into this matter... These people only know one thing and that is to give tension on purpose.. I would suggest you call IOM and see what can they do about it.

Ok i just checked my MRC.. What you need is yours and your wife ID card number and adresses...both of yours father name with ID card number and the ID card number of the person who solemnized your nikkah so take a copy of all these infact tell your wife to contact nikkah khawan first he will help you out thats for sure.. Cause thats what my father did.

I got it in a day and it cost 1000rps.. Apart from nikkah nama ID cards of both of you are required just to confirm ID numbers and address.

She can keep her family name.. But can change the martial status like husband name in ID card instead of fathers name.. And even if she does change it.. I think you can get a certificate from nadra as to why she changed it and can send it to her case officer afterwards.

Yeap you are right for them one document is not enough they love to have every piece of information that can prove the marriage is real... But what can they do its the bad example set by us which lead them to confirm it every possible way.. Even then there are cases of frauds.. So they want to make sure they are not making any mistakes.. Btw FRC is a piece of cake but then you'll have to go through changing ID... You have still time you can make if beforehand otherwise dont know you'll have to tell them genuine reason for not making it.

Nope its not.. It will be given to you by your case officer when she will request further documents.. So hang in a couple of more weeks you will get your request soon.. And for someone who has already have done it before sending application they have their reasons and believe me you dont want to be in their shoes..

Nothing much yar.. She said to get it from australia.. As the result were forwarded there but im sure they must have a copy of it here in IOM.. And she didnt bother telling me from were..

Hey mukesam longtime.. I think you should wait till your case officer ask for it cause you need health ID.. And no forms needed as everything is done through e-health.

My medical is now totally messed up thanks to my co and i feel like swearing at her... these people have no ethics dont want to listen to your problem and in the end blame you for the mess they created in the first place.. Im gonna complain about her now thats for sure.

MRC can only be made from union council.. And family registration certificate from nadra.. But they will ask her to change status in her ID first cause without it they wont grant it.. And your wife can keep her present address as her parent home but she can change permanent address to your vacant house.. And dont bother changing name just the marital status cause then it will mess up things.

Oho this is bad.. Ask your case officer about this.. If its must then you will have to change the status on your id card no need to change the address.. You can keep the previous one in the new ID card.. But i think you will need to change the passport detail as well.. Not sure maybe somebody else can help.
