@SHandGH: Just getting a bit more into this thread, the positivity and the supportiveness of the members is just so amazing. i have to say, this is easily the BEST thread i ever subscribed to.
Kudos to all members of this thread.
Also, looking at the details on the first page, and that excel spreadsheet, @SHandGH is doing such hard and great work there, it is really informative and puts one's situation in perspective relative to other members.
