Hi there, Yeah, we got our Visa in September and have booked our accommodation and flights to go over to validate and for a reccie (and a holiday) for February 2013. We have found somewhere in Melbourne (where we are hoping to settle) and got some reasonably priced flights with Emirates from Birmingham. We cant wait!!! Thats great news about your OH's IELTS....its a strange exam, especially for us Brits....but its a big weight off your shoulders when you've passed it! Our medicals were the last thing on our list to do, once they had the results they sent over the Grant notice within 24 hours!! They dont hang about if everything is in order. We had our medicals in Birmingham, where have you had yours? WHere are you hoping to settle? Let us know how you get on with the 190 Andy

Hi all, We have our Visa and are planning a reccie visit to Melbourne next Easter :biggrin: We have somewhere to stay in Mornington but are struggling to find 'reasonably priced' flights to Melbourne. Can anyone recommend a travel company/airline? There are deals with Royal Brunei and China Eastern but Id prefer Malaysia/Emirates/BA etc but Im sure they will be mucho expensivo! Who have some of you flown with? Any help is greatly appreciated. Andy
