<p><p>I'm Danielle. I saw your post regarding the child migration for your child. I just want to ask what document did you submit. Did you just submit Statutory Declaration only? Or Court Order?</p></p>

<p><p>I am a single mom, too. My son's father signed at the back of the birth certificate of my son & he is carrying his surname. We are not married. So im just wondering if the case officer will ask me for a court order, too. </p></p>
