Hi there! I need your advise. I am a single mother currently applying to migrate in Australia and I want to bring my son with me. My son is carrying his father's surname although we are not married. He signed in the birth certificate of my son. I would like to ask based on experience of some of you who have the same case as me. Will the visa officer ask me for a Custody Court Order? Or a Statutory Declaration from the father is enough already? Pls pls help!
