when i was applying for my visa, as advised by my agent, it is better not to include her yet since according to them there is a posibility my visa application can be disapprove with issue on proving the balance of family test. i have 2 older siblings. one was in qatar , married, and the other one is disabled . i was basically supporting my mother,my brother and my daughter. they are all living in the philippines. i am a single mother and my daugther was included in the visa grant. in the application , i have included my mother as a non-migrating dependent. from the start i really wanted to include my mother in the application, but it is my agent who insisted not to. now when i asked them on how can i add my mother in my visa as 475 also, no reply .in the immi website, i have read below. therefore it is possible to add. i just didnt know how to start, maybe somebody can explain please.
[h=1]Adding Family Members to your Subclass 475 Visa[/h]
If you currently hold a Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa (subclass 475), you may add the following secondary applicants after your visa has been granted:
your partner
a dependent child of you or your partner
a dependent relative of you or your partner.
They must apply using the paper Form 1276.
There is currently no online facility for adding family members after a visa has been granted.
You will need to provide evidence of your relationship to your family members.

[h=2]Costs[/h]Family members who are added after a visa has been granted (also known as subsequent entrants), must pay the full first instalment Visa Application Charge (VAC) of their application.
[h=3]Second Instalment[/h]Subsequent entrants may be liable to pay a second instalment VAC if they were aged 18 years or over at the time of application and do not have at least functional English.
If the case officer notifies you that the second instalment VAC is due, it must be paid before the visa can be granted.
[h=2]Where and how an application must be lodged[/h]Subsequent entrants must lodge their subclass 475 visa application by posting or couriering the application to the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre.
