  1. Now approaching 18 weeks (their quoted time was either 14, 15, or 16 weeks max depending on which article or email auto-reply you read); they do not even have the good courtesy to reply to my emails. After waiting 6 years it's just a further insult really. Oh and on top of course of losing all the other fee's such as Lawyers, Trade Recognitions and IELTS etc. I wonder if we'll get the same refund in our local currency as to what we paid out if not I stand to lose about another £200. I've given them absolutely everything they asked for including fortunately still copies of the expired card and the statements. I am in good mind to contact my credit card company and begin to seek advice from them. 6-9 months was their advice at the time of application of getting my visa - here we are 6 and half years later with no visa, no refund.
  2. Has anyone had their refund yet? It's been 16 weeks today since they emailed and confirmed receipt of my request. Not heard or seen anything since then.

  6. August 2009. Started at a higher priority but kept genning dropped when they changed the SOL's Hope this/next year will be the time! Though now I have retrained and starting a new business... typical
  7. Just seen that 176 Familiy Sponcored CAT4 ONLINE has jumped from 12 September 2011 to 23rd December 2011! So they are still processing even now so they must have nabbed some allocations from other left over categories. It does really look like CAT 5 will get their turn when they are cleared... well that's what I am hoping!
  8. I am a CAT5 176 Family Sponsored applicant from August 2009. Got my fingers and toes crossed it will happen in the next year. Started in a higher category but dropped twice due to the priority processing decisions. Good luck everyone.... I hope we will see some movement after July 1st
