We have applied off-shore, so we are in Ireland. We also have a migrant agent but they dont seem to know so much.

Hi Gillianc, We are also waiting on CO, it must be a great feeling. Congrats. My husband also has traffic offences, drink driving but it was only 8 years ago, we had to write it down but our MA are saying that it will be ok. Hope they are right. Good Luck it wont be long now til you have the Visa.

Hi Hannah, at the time for the skills we were going through the 176 visa, we were never told why it was unsuccessful but we have learned since that my diplomas for massage were not of the same standard for Australia, even though both itec and cibtac are meant to be international. I tried to find out myself but got no where, Now we are going through a 119 rsms visa, The cost includes the visa...

Hi H9hna, I had to apply as a massage therapist also, my husband is a plasterer by trade but as he had not worked 1 year out of the last 2 years we had to apply through me. I had my skills assessed but unfortunately they were not successful, so then I went out to Oz last October and was fortunate to find sponsorship, we applied for our nomination and have just been granted that last thursday so now we are in the final stages, applying for visa. We have used Migrant Agents, dont think i would be able to do it otherwise. I think its costing us about 5 thousand euro.
