SHandGH - I was wondering - it's only a matter of time before you get your visa. So what I was wondering is... who's going to have the privilege of updating the spreadsheet once you're "gone"? I guess that's when they'll have to create a thread called, "New Cat 4 July 1st 2011.....PART 4".

I can imagine the combination of smiling, exciting and tensed faces on all the Nov-11 applicants including me.

Yes, me too - I'm a November 11 applicant who applied at 1:11am! I hope the CO's email comes at, "1:11am" lolol - that would make my day.

Expecting couple of November applicants assigned CO this week!!! Please keep checking and keep us updated asap.

 

Alas! We were with nothing to push DIAC to allocate all cat4 offshore applicants!

in your request letter for medicals and pcc, did they indicate all the applicants names? or just the main applicant?

coz in my letter, it only has my name... so, not sure if hubby should have the medicals as well...

Hi Keisha, just curious if everything else shows as "met"? Did you check your status? If medicals and pcc's are the only things required, you may very well get a speedy grant. Best wishes ~

Congratulations to everyone who has had a visa grant or case officer allocated this week.

It seems DIAC are powering through all the applications, so we should have even more good news for our members soon.

I will continue to check in sometimes, we just need to concentrate on packing and getting ready for our move in July when we get home.

We received our CO today so we can go ahead now with the police checks and meds. Have been asked for further proof of work experience though we are hoping we can sort this out. Fingers crossed! We applied for a 175 on 11/10/11

I do'nt know why DIAC struck to October. But I am sure they will be at lightening speed next week.

well, maybe not towards the beginning because remember, next week is a Holiday.

I also got my CO last night It's gonna be a few weeks on the grant though due to my misunderstanding/misreading of a certain rule, so I've got a little work to do.

Congratulations!! But please share with us what the misunderstanding was!! I'm a Nov 11th applicant and at this point, I need to be properly informed! :cry:

Got an email today from a CO... Had ABPF on 29 March. Requesting medicals (pcc already uploaded). Looks like things are moving. Fingers crossed for a quick grant and (Southern Hemisphere) Winter in Oz!

Great news PatrickW!! We've been lurking in the background here for a while. Thought it was about time we showed ourselves lol!! Does anyone know if COs have been allocated to Oct 175 applicants yet?

ooo, forget it! Once October's are allocated, so will some Novembers and Decembers!

I went back to the spreadsheet and saw that when some July's were allocated so were others from August and Septembers. So I believe DIAC is processing applications batched by three months. I am also expecting this to happen either the first or second week of April.

 

No prizes, it's just for fun.

 

ahh, and today the lottery in the US is a record 1/2 a billion dollars! Too bad it has nothing to do with estimating these allocation dates! :cry:

I don't think any of us will be sad if the update is later than we predict, but going by DIAC's last several updates, it is a good guess.

 

Personally, I hope they have passed 13 July so I can submit an enquiry...

Wanted to see an CO for Oct applicant!!!

Octobers may be batched with Novembers and Decembers! :wideeyed: I"m expecting for that to happen, the earliest next week! I feel this way because July's Augusts and Septembers were batched together according to the spreadsheet. If you look closely, CO's were allocated to those from July and also to those in September on the same day!

Whoooaaah there, hold those horses, July - September is far from finished! :happy_face_cowboy_w

 

A third of applicants on this forum still need CO's and most who have CO's still need their grants. The pace is certainly picking up tho and I secretly hope that your predictions could come true. I might feel differently once we get a CO (I am hoping to hear some good news by Tuesday or Wednesday)

Since they went thru August and September in virtually a week and a half, i can imagine they'd do the same for Octobers and Novembers this coming week! I'm so nervous, I'm not ready - I just submitted my FBI PC this week. :cry:

We sent everything we were meant to Sol2Oz. Our agent has assured us that our case officer is new, and being pedantic. Spent last night printing bank statements for over a 5 year period!!!! :goofy: Hope it suffices! Perhaps you had the same CO too Oblexious?!!
