Hi guys I just have a quick question. I have lodged my 176 visa on june 19th. Just want to ask should I wait for the case officer's email that I should take medicals and pccs? Or should I do it right now. Im just confused since when I read the rules on the paper application of 176 visa it states there do not take medicals or pccs until told so. However If you applied your visa online it states that you need to submit your police checks within 28 days of lodgement. Im confused now. So does this mean since I applied online I should do now my police checks and medicals? So far I havent heard any email from them right now. Replies will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance! :confused:

Hi guys Ive lodged my 176 visa today finally!! took me almost a year to lodge it since my skill assesment took almost 7 months due to change of occupation. Also struggled with my ielts I took it 3 times just to get 7's in all hehe. Happy now all I have to do is wait and hope for the best! I wish everyone to get their 176 visas soon! Hi guys just want to share I applied for ss sa last may 14 received my docs on may 22. However, after I filled up my application form on may 14, when I was filling up the part G about the funds, whenever I keyed in the amount that I have, the website resets it back to zero I think its a glitch. I tried more than 10 times filling up the funds but it automatically resets to zero. So I clicked submit thinking the zeros would dissapear and what I wrote would appear but it didnt it was still zero. So after I submitted my app online, I emailed the officer and told them there was glitch online and what I was keying in goes back to zero. The officer replied to me the next day he told me: Thank you for your email. In this instance Immigration SA will add your financial answers for Section G of your online application, to your record on our administration system. Immigration SA will use the following amounts to ascertain if the meet the financial requirement. http://www.migration.sa.gov.au/sa/immigrate_from_overseas/visa_options/gen_skill3/criteria_for_state_spons.jsp#Number_11 However, I received my result this afternoon it says refused since I have zero money if I go to south australia. Im really shocked since the officer told me SA will add my financial answers for section G but they didnt even got back at me. I was waiting everyday for their email about rectifying the amount of funds but they never emailed me. Im really frustrated and heartbroken about this, I got rejected because of the glitch online. Not my fault. I emailed already the officer awhile ago and hoping for his response tommorow hopefully. There was really a glitch online taht time maybe it was very late when I was filling up the form around 11pm but it just feels so unfair because of a glitch they refused my app. Has anyone here had the same case? If so what are the chances that they will let me appeal so I can have a positive outcome?? :cry::cry:

Goodluck to everyone lodging their visa this june! I am also lodging my visa this june hopefully but now im still waiting for my state sponsorship in South australia. They have received my docs on 22 may, now im checking the status on the website nothing has been updated yet. Hope ill get the result before end of june! :laugh:

i took your advice I emailed them asking when can I get my result hope it will be this October. Thanks for the advice appreciate it much! once I get my result ill come back at this thread. Hi all vetasses recieved my docs on july 21, till now its still pending. its been 10 weeks I hope i get the result this sept or early october :dull::cute:

Hi all I applied for my vetasses yesterday, I applied tfor architectural draftsman for west aus for ss. Though I am actually an interior designer, but i do have relevant work experience as an arch draftsman. I will send my docs this week and just wanna share what will be the outcome! hope its gonna be fast! hehe :biggrin:
