hi guys I would like some advice. I am a permanent resident here and a few days ago my partner lied to me he said he has contract job overseas but actually he went to thailand and had some fun. I think he slept with like prostitutes there or something. I saw a lot of condoms in his bag and breakfast coupons of the hotel he checked in. I had a feeling he is doing something since 4 months ago I got curious and checked his dashboard in the car and found a box of old condoms there, 3 pcs were missing I ignored it cuz I thought maybe he had it longtime ago even before we even met. but 3 weeks ago I checked the glovebox again and foudn a new box of condom there! 2 pcs were missing one was in his wallet and God knows where is the other one. Weve been living together for 11 months now but he applied the de facto visa just 6 months ago. I dont have sex with him cuz im a christian and I want to do it only after marriage. He is beginning to be very blatant about his lies and he thinks im stupid and will not discover about this. I am planning to pack my bags and leave him this week. Anyone knows how do I cancel his de facto visa? My friend actually advised me from the start that he might just be interested to get the visa thats why he made a relationship with me. Im happy I found out about this soon if not I will have waste more of my time with him. He still has his student visa also now valid for 3 more months so i was thinking to cancel his de facto visa and he will just return having a student visa. I certainly dont want this to happen to any girl again making relationship with them just to get a visa! I want to teach him a lesson!

But I decided to see Sydney first when I arrive here last year on September. In Sydney there are plenty of jobs for me I am now currently working since last year in Sydney. Recently I checked my email, South Australia Immgiration send me an email: Dear .............................., Our records show that you have been granted a state sponsored skilled visa. Our records show that you have not registered your arrival online. Immigration SA is required to monitor your residence in South Australia for the first two years after your arrival. I dont know if I should just keep ignoring this email or should I tell them I am here now in Australia but living in NSW. Sure. To be exact it took 60 days for it to be approved from the day I lodged it on 19th of June. On reading peoples signature here the longest waiting time for the visa approval seems to be like 3 months. And in my case I was right hihi. My medicals were not referred. I did my medicals on 5th of July. Then on the 7th my stat says further medical results received and on the 11th it says Health requirement finalised. I was quite worried since when I did my medicals I told the doctor that I had tuberculosis 8 yrs ago when I was still in college and teh doctor took note of it. I thought it would be a problem for the visa since I had a past history of tb but it didnt had any effects on the visa. Just play the waiting game a bit more and youll get the visa soon!

thanks! Yeah I was just complaining yesterday about team 7 cuz they seem to be the slowest in approving visas. I guess they must have heard me lol :biggrin:

woke up this morning and checked my email and my co mailed me the grant letter!! Visa granted today wooohooo!!!!! pls update my details on the spreadsheets thanks!! I think Team7 now has started approving visas finally! Wish you all get your visas soon!! Cheers! :cute:

Is there anyway I can request my case officer to reassign me to team 2? Cuz so far team 2 has the most number of visas approved lately. team 7 only 1 visa approved so far in almost 2 months now. :frown: just kidding hehe. Im tired of waiting, now random things pop in my mind hehe. Waiting please be over soon!!!!!! :arghh:

Not sure if that will help but Ill do call them if I still dont hear a word from them before Aug 15. For that day my application would be around 2 months now. Just wish for this waiting thing to come to an end, had too much of it already in applying this visa. :confused:

me too havent heard from my co for 17 days now. They reply to you quickly when they request for your meds and pccs. But after youve done them they become elusive in replying hehe. :err:

Hi June Gang. Anyone here had their visa grant recently? Havent heard from my co for weeks now. I have submitted my pccs last July 20th and done also with my meds. And emailed them if they received my pccs since it was mailed from Singapore. But my co still has no reply from me. Hope I get a decision on my visa app soon. Since Ive already booked my ticket hehe on sept 30th going to Sydney. If I still dont have a visa decision that time my tickets going straight down the bin. Wasted!:goofy:
