  1. Well my plan was to have a reccie/ validation trip next year and then move out permanently once my sister gets married in April 2013 - I have just been informed that she and her fiance have split up so we can move sooner if we can shift the house. We are planning on getting all of our last bits of decorating done over the Christmas break and putting the house on the market in the new year and see how it goes.

Great  Welcome to the house selling club :wubclub::cute:

  2. Got my first viewing this Saturday with my new estate agents also had a offer from someone that viewed with my old estate agents only £20,000 less that I won't but at least its an offer keep my fingeres crossed for Sat.

  4. thank you,Yes I have booked me meds for next week in Hungary and also plan to bring police check from there. Would like to apply for UK PCC this week and from my country getting PCC in two weeks through embassy. We had little argument with my agent, he would like to wait until CO will ask for these documents, but I dont think it is clever. So I do it my way :mask:

Good for you, i agree with you, get them done

  5. People

Sorry if this link is somewhere obvious.

We are looking to book meds in the uk. Can someone advise where? The best price!

    Cheers:confused:

We had our at Maidenhead clinic, it is £200 per Adult and was £85 for our 4 year old.

  6. Good luck everyone, hope it is a good week for you. our house goes up for sale this week. That will me the next waiting room the waiting to sell room.[/QUO

Good luck to all those selling houses too, we have exchanged one agent:policeman: for another:jimlad: i'm not sure who's worse:eek:

We will also be contacting estate agents this week to put our house up for sale :wubclub: Let our sales be quick ones:laugh:

  7. Well my agents just said they will email our CO this Friday for me which is great.

    Then they say:

I am glad that your house is all going through for you however I have to reiterate what both us and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship state that: “we advise not to make any commitments in anticipation of your application being approved (ie: do not give up your job, purchase airline tickets or sell your home). Such actions should only be taken when you receive advice in writing that a visa has been granted”.

    Now im panicking.

Have the DIAC ever said no to a visa after going through this far?

Don't worry, we had the same reply about not selling the house before the Visa is granted, it's a standard Agent reply.:policeman:

  8. Thanks everybody :) i hope you all assignined to CO and stay in the meeting room b4 moving to OZ which will be so soooon lol:))))

Well i would like to ask what does the word (((met))) means beside every document i uploaded? does it mean received or varified?? and will the met point change to accepted or it will stay as met??

    [/QUOT

'MET' means that the evidence you submitted for a particular document meets the correct standard DIAC are looking for., ie: DIAC are happy with it. And yes it will stay as 'MET' :cute:

  9. That layout thing happened to mine last monday :wideeyed:and them changes were due to it being granted :huh:did you check the entitlement page as i very nearly missed the fact that mine had been granted.

( You can kick my shin if you want after checking ):skeptical::frown:

Mmmm that's what i was thinking....
