  2. Hi Samk6,

I would give it a couple of more days to get a reply back as I don't think CO send reply's within a couple of days and if you still feel your Agent isn't doing his job I would ask for your CO details and inform DIAC that you wish to take over your case, on the front page of this thread their is a link for General Skilled Migration Post-Lodgement Enquiry Form It is a worry if your agent isn't receiving emails on your behalf.

    Good luck

    Tania

Thanks Tania. I will be patience and wait couple of days. if i didn't any favorable response from my agent. As you told i have to take over my case.................

Thanks a lot for your guidance............

  3. Dear All,

My Agent told me that i have got CO. It has mentioned in My Online Application Status that "23/09/2011 Department has sent E-Mail regarding your application". But My agent told that they didn't receive any email regarding this. Hence, My agent sent an inquiry to the department on 26/09/2011. But they hasn't received reply from DIAC as yet. As I feel my agent is also not playing his role properly.

    My questions are....

Are there any Telephone numbers to Contact DIAC in order to inform them regarding this problem???.

Can my agent inform DIAC over the phone about this problem???

If so, I can force my agent to contact them over the phone and get their response as soon as possible.

    Please Please Help me.....................

    Thanks

    Samk6

  4. Hi Tania.

Hope they will response very soon.

    Thanks

    samk6

  7. I asked this same question on the thread a while ago and the answer from a lot of people was that its from date issued..

The reason I wanted to know was because 3 weeks (or however long it takes to finalise) can make a big difference if you're planning a move.

See page 76 of this thread where I posted similar question.

    A

That is ture AAAZR. it should be date of issued...... That is why some applicants have to do their ppc and medi again........ whether it finalized or not, it will expire by 12 month time from the date of issued.

  8. Am I right that that means you have to validate before May?

    - that would give you 6 months if you have a CO in October ;-)

As i know, normally medi and pcc is valid up to 12 months. but i don't know exactly whether it is start from date of issued or date of finalized?...

  9. Try not to worry too much! We're getting close, and does it really make a big difference to have a CO this week or maybe four weeks from now? I really think we will have a CO in October or November at the latest. And even if we would have a visa grant today (which is impossible) we would still not be able to fly before May. We need to sell the house, the kids need a chance to get used to the idea and we need to arrange a lot of things.

What I'm trying to say is: don't freak yourself out. If you don't get a CO today, you will have one within a reasonable time. No worries mate!

I agree with you mate. but i expect some good news before expire my medicals and pcc.

  10. They will be updating on 23 September..

Look at this my dear brother...

    http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.htm

The tables below list lodgement dates of applications that have been allocated to case officers. These tables were last updated on 9 September 2011 and will be updated fortnightly.

You are very correct bro. But i meant that i couldn't see any post regarding allocating of COs after 14/09/2011 in our thread "New Cat 4 July 1st 2011"................

  11. Hi everyone,

I woke up this morning and my email-checking reflex finally paid off! It's been 12 hours and I keep opening the inbox now and then to see if it's still there. Also I've been grinning like an idiot all day at work, but keeping the news to ourselves until we finish to rearrange everything and get the one-way plane tickets sometime next year.

It's took us more than four years to get to this point, two applications (our first 136 lodged in august 2007 got capped and ceased, after being sent to the last priority queue back in the Evans era), two IELTS (one remarked), a skills assessment re-issue and the whole SMP waiting calvary. After this long, emotional rollercoaster, it feels like being at the top of a mountain, with sanity slowly crawling back into place.

Thanks to the helpful advice and good energy of PiO members, I know I wouldn't have glided through the last visa application without your help and insight.
